All Caro products are designed for “easy assembly” and/or “plug and play”. We
recommend a competent mechanic install our products, using standard mechanical
procedures to assure a safe and successful installation. Read completely and
understand the instructions prior to starting installation.
NOTE: Caro products are designed and manufactured under very strict
quality control. Caro warrants that products sold to the original purchaser
shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3
(three) years from the date of purchase, and a limited lifetime warranty
against LED failure. Caro will have no obligation if the customer cannot show
proof of purchase. Warranty will not be granted unless the part is properly
installed, unmodified and maintained. Caro will not be liable for any
consequential and incidental damages, including labor, or non-Caro products.

- Detach Cyber charger wire connection at base of unit. Remove collet nut on back and remove from ball mount.
- Lift cam lever and unscrew until it releases from threaded T nut. Wings and springs will be released. Set parts aside. Fig. 1
- Remove 4 long screws and 1 short screw from back of unit and set aside. Fig. 2
- Remove back of unit and lift out old support leg. Fig. 3
- Place new support leg into place making sure to set same notch on both sides. Support leg can be adjusted later. Fig. 4
- Place back on and replace 4 long screws and tighten.
- Insert short screw into back but wait to tighten till support leg is adjusted to right position for your phone. Tighten screw to lock.
- Insert springs into wings, Fig. 5. With phone in place decide which position of wings clears your phones side buttons best before inserting cam lever. Fig. 6
- Reinstall cam lever assembly. Snug up to phone and lower cam arm to lock, The cam arm can be installed on either right or left side based on user preference.

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.
