Wave DuoTM Smart Vibrating Roller
The Wave DuoTM is a smart vibrating roller manufactured by Theragun. It has an LED battery indicator light, LED speed indicator, and a USB-C charging port. The device is enabled with Bluetooth connectivity and designed to pair seamlessly with the Therabody app for smart features.

Charging the Wave DuoTM
The Wave DuoTM is USB-C enabled and can be charged using a USB adapter of choice. It is fast-charging enabled and can be charged directly through a USB-C charger (sold separately) for faster charging. The LED light on the power button flashes until fully charged, and the LED battery light indicates the battery level when the device is on or off.
Product Usage Instructions
Using the Wave DuoTM
- To turn on the Wave DuoTM, firmly press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds.
- Press the main button to increase speeds. After the highest speed, if the button is pressed again, the Wave DuoTM will come back to the lowest speed.
- Place the device under the treatment area gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
- To turn off the Wave DuoTM, firmly press and hold the power button until the device turns off.
Note: Avoid applying alcohol-based cleaner to the device.

Charging the Wave Duo
- The Wave Duo is USB-C enabled. Plug the cable into your USB adapter of choice for charging. The Wave Duo is fast charging enabled and can be charged directly through a USB-C charger (sold separately) for a faster charging experience.
- The LED light on the power button will flash until fully charged.
- Charging is complete when the LED light on the power button is solid green.
- Battery level is continuously displayed on the LED light of the power button when the device is on. To view battery level when the device is off, briefly press the power button and the LED battery light will flash to indicate the battery level.
Avoid applying alcohol-based cleaner.
