Product Overview
RecoveryTherm
Hot & Cold Vibration Knee
Heat and vibration for advanced relief.
From the creators of Theragun® comes RecoveryTherm™ Hot & Cold Vibration Knee, precisely delivering heating, cooling, and vibration therapy in one wearable garment, the first of its kind. From improving athletic performance to enhancing muscle recovery and general wellness, the RecoveryTherm™ Hot & Cold Vibration Knee offers a solution for everyone.
Intended Use
The RecoveryTherm™ Hot & Cold Vibration Knee is intended to help alleviate pain, improve athletic performance, and enhance muscle recovery post-workout. While cooling, heating, and vibration offer unique therapeutic benefits, rapidly alternating between the three, known as contrast therapy, optimizes and increases blood flow to reduce pain and soreness.
Getting started
Step 1
Put on your garment
-
Use the garment in a cool, dry location (below 78 degrees Fahrenheit/26 degrees Celsius).
-
Find a comfortable position sitting down, with your legs either at a 90-degree angle or fully extended.
-
Extend the garment and unbuckle the straps.
-
To put the RecoveryTherm™ Hot & Cold Vibration Knee on, place the garment’s center open circle on your knee cap. The blue fans should be facing outwards, and the control panel should be resting on your thigh.
Ensure that nothing is blocking the airflow to the blue fans. -
Secure the RecoveryTherm™ Hot & Cold Vibration Knee by buckling each strap. The straps should provide compression without being uncomfortable or painful. If standing up, readjust the top strap for increased compression.

Step 2
Use your Garment
-
Insert the battery into the control panel. There is only one correct battery insertion position in the battery dock. Do not force the battery into place.
The Therabody logo should be facing upright when inserted. -
Press and hold the power button for two seconds.
-
Select one of three treatment options (cold, hot, or contrast) using the respective mode buttons.
-
RecoveryTherm™ Hot & Cold Vibration Knee will begin a preset protocol if contrast therapy is selected. There are six LEDs, each corresponding with a treatment step. For example, blue indicates cold therapy, and orange indicates hot therapy. As each of the six treatment types are complete, their respective lights will turn off.
-
Add vibration therapy to any treatment by pressing the vibration button.
Toggle between the three vibration modes (low intensity, high intensity, and wave) by short-pressing the vibration button. -
The treatment is approximately 15-20 minutes long, depending on the selected mode.
Step 3
Feel the difference.® Every day.
Whether used for targeted pain relief, post-workout muscle recovery, or general soreness, RecoveryTherm™ Hot & Cold Vibration Knee will help keep you feeling your best.
