Answer: Please check if the camera has been occupied by another application software. For example, if the camera is previewed at FOCUS App, then 3rd party application like OBS or Zoom can not access the camera video. -
The video from camera has a little bit delay, how to solve?
Answer: Video delay happens because of image processing and network transmission. You can check the video format setup in application, lower the video codec format or the resolution properly to improve the delay.. -
The voice of camera’s Mic collected is weaker, how to solve?
Answer: Please enter the audio settings of the PC, increase the input gain of microphone. -
Subjectively feel the hue of the image is poor, how to solve?
Answer: FOCUS APP is available to adjust the brightness, contrast, hue, saturation or sharpness parameters, you also can use 3rd party application like OBS to adjust the color. -
There is a noise when use conferencing App (Zoom or Teams), how to solve?
Answer: Please enter the audio settings page of Zoom or Teams to configure the audio noise level parameter. -
When camera connect a USB-Hub or a USB docking, there is no video or video is not stable, how to solve?
Answer: Please make sure USB port on Hub or docking provides sufficient power, and camera has a solid connection to the USB port. -
When camera use in an environment which already installed a professional Speakerphone or Microphone device,
PC may find 2 microphones, how to solve?
Answer: Please open the FOCUS App, and set the Mic status to Mic Disable mode. -
How to set the camera outing high quality video in Zoom APP?
a. Open Zoom APP then click the Settings button.
b. click Video menu then select HD

a. FOCUS APP can configure the parameters of camera and control it. parameter configuration includes Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation, Sharpness; control include Mic enable or disable, Zoom, PTZ control, Powerline Frequency and Tracking Mode (Auto framing: track multiple persons; Presenter Tracking: track single person);

a. when you are having a meeting, click the video control button then select Video Settings.
