Notice:

  1. The earphones are using tapping mode, please complete the required operations in the tapping area;
  2. If the time of tapping twice is too short or too long, it may no response or causes misoperations;
  3. The method of pressing or touching can not make the corresponding functions active.

Reset

When two earphones can’t be matched, please see the below methods to reset.

Steps Indicator Light

1-Delete the corresponding Bluetooth connection: “CARD20” in the Phone Settings|
2- Put the earphone into the charging case and keep it close| After closing, it shows the red light
3- Take out two earphones separately and tap 5 times(separately or at the same time)  within 40 seconds| The red light of two
earphones flash 3 times
4-Put two earphones into the charging case and keep it close| After closing, it shows the red light
5- Take out two earphones separately and tap 5 times(separately or at the same time)  within 40 seconds| The red light of the earphones are bright  for 3 seconds
6-Again put the earphones into the charging case and keep them close| After closing, it shows the red light
7- Take out the earphones, it will rematch within 30 seconds| When it succeeds in matching, the blue  light flashes quickly

Notice

  10. Avoid charging the earphones or charging case in the environment below 0℃;
