Notice:

1. The earphones are using tapping mode, please complete the required operations in the tapping area;
2. If the time of tapping twice is too short or too long, it may no response or causes misoperations;
3. The method of pressing or touching can not make the corresponding functions active.

Reset

When two earphones can’t be matched, please see the below methods to reset.

1-Delete the corresponding Bluetooth connection: “CARD20” in the Phone Settings|
2- Put the earphone into the charging case and keep it close| After closing, it shows the red light
3- Take out two earphones separately and tap 5 times(separately or at the same time)  within 40 seconds| The red light of two
earphones flash 3 times
4-Put two earphones into the charging case and keep it close| After closing, it shows the red light
5- Take out two earphones separately and tap 5 times(separately or at the same time)  within 40 seconds| The red light of the earphones are bright  for 3 seconds
6-Again put the earphones into the charging case and keep them close| After closing, it shows the red light
7- Take out the earphones, it will rematch within 30 seconds| When it succeeds in matching, the blue  light flashes quickly

1. Try to use the minimum volume that we can accept, high volume for a long period of time will lead to permanent damage to hearing;
2. Keep the earphones and accessories out of reach of children, Children should be under of adult supervision;
3. Don’t immerse the device in water for a long time. Avoid using this product while swimming, diving or showering;
4. Do does not use this product in humid, dusty, or near the magnetic field, to avoid causing internal circuit failure;
5. Do not disassemble, modify the device, or insert foreign matter into the device, which may cause equipment damage;
6. Docacan’t put your finger or other parts into the hollow position of the charging case, to avoid physical injury;
7. The shell of the charging case is metal and the edge position is thin, please avoid using it at full blast;
8. Do not place the earphones in direct sunlight such as window, car dashboard;
9. Avoid storing the earphones in the environment below 15℃ or above 50 ℃;
10. Avoid charging the earphones or charging case in the environment below 0℃;
