IGNiTE XRAY XT2 21 Nitro Setups

Product Information

The Ignite Design RC product is a competition-level 1/10, 2-wheel drive nitro stadium truck conversion kit that fits the XRAY XT2 ’21 and XT2 ’23 models. The kit requires additional parts and equipment to complete the build, including a 2 channel surface radio with 2 servos, a receiver battery with dimensions no more than 85mm x 30mm x 16.5mm, an engine collet, Associated

81371 .12 nitro engine (SG crank, slide carburetor required), and a complete

exhaust. The kit includes various components such as battery mounts, servo mount, receiver box, transmission brace, carbon fiber battery plate, brake assembly, slipper clutch, spur gear, motor mounts, and air filter boot.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Assemble the battery mounts using the IG030 front battery mount and IG029 rear battery mount along with M3 x 6mm FHCS (x4).

2. Mount the servo using the IGX014 servo mount and receiver using the IG024 receiver box along with M3 x 8mm FHCS (x2), IG020 standoff M3 x 8mm FHCS, IG007 pipe mount M3 x 8mm FHCS, and IGX026 transmission brace M3 x 8mm BHCS (x2). Use M3 x 12mm FHCS (x2) for stick receiver pack and double-sided servo tape (not included). Mount the carbon fiber battery plate using M3 x 6mm FHCS (x3).

3. Assemble the brake assembly using the components listed in Steps 3A, 3B, 3C, and 3D. Orient brake pads with relief cut as indicated.

4. Mount the front nose spacer and lid using M3 x 8mm FHCS (x4), IGX059 front standoff, and IGX057 front nose spacer. Use M3 x 12mm BHCS (x4) and M3 flat washer (x4) for the trans riser.

5. Install the tank using 3x 3mm grommets, 3x 3mm flat washers, and 3x M3 x 10mm BHCS. Install the motor mounts using 4x M3 countersunk washers and 4x M3 x 10mm FHCS from below.

6. Place the brake disk between pads before assembling the slipper clutch. Use AX31065 32P 64T spur gear, IGX010 slipper plate, IG033 slipper pad, and IGX060 outer slipper plate along with M3 x 10mm FHCS (x10), M3 x 12mm FHCS (x2), and M3 x 20mm FHCS (x4).

7. Use plastic protected pliers to hold the flywheel while tightening clutch nut with a 3/8′ socket. Be careful not to over tighten as this could damage your engine. Note that the clutch may
   have only 2 shoes.

8. Saturate the filter element with filter oil and blot excess with paper towel. Secure the air filter boot with zip ties on each end.

SLIDE CARB INSTALL

Saturate filter element with filter oil and blot excess with paper towel. Secure air filter boot with zip ties on each end.
