The GENESI 100 Upright Cooker is easy to use with its large screen TFT controls and clear large text. Here are some instructions on how to use some of the key features:
Combi Steam
To use the Combi Steam feature, add water to the steam generator and select
the Combi Steam function on the TFT control panel. The steam will saturate the
entire oven space, preserving natural textures, colors, flavors, and nutrients
in your food.
Induction Hob
The Induction Hob has a rectangular zone with flex induction that
automatically detects the shape and size of your cookware. Turn on the hob by
using the frontal control knobs and place your cookware on the heated zones.
Oven Lighting
The Dynamic Oven Lighting feature includes 3 internal oven lamps that
provide clear and crisp internal lighting. You can check on the progress of
your cooking without opening the door, which helps to retain heat and reduce
cooking time.
Built-In Recipes
The GENESI 100 Upright Cooker comes with 37 built-in recipes that you can
access on the TFT control panel. These recipes include Roast Chicken, Paper
Bag Fish, Breads, Roast Veal, Apple Pie, Pizza, and even Donuts! Simply select
the recipe you want to cook and follow the instructions provided.

Anniversary range cookers feature the new heavy duty commercial grade trays,
liners and telescopic racks that will never bow or twist even when using cast
iron pans and trays. Made from easy to clean, high grade, 6mm thick 304 grade
stainless steel
PATENTED IИNVENT TWIN FAN SYSTEM
The new anniversary range features a STEEL patented twin fan system. This
system has two counter rotating fans that draw air in behind the rear oven
panel and distribute it back into the oven using a perimetrical air flow for
the ultimate in even cooking.
DYNAMIC OVEN LIGHTING
