Product Information

The Holybro M9N GPS comes in three different SKU variations, namely SKU12027, SKU12028, and SKU12029. The GPS module is compact and comes with a JST GH 10Pin, Molex1.25mm 6pin & 4pin &3pin, or JST GH 6Pin connector depending on the SKU version. The connectors can be used on Pixhawk Series 10pin GPS Module or GPS1 input port, Pix32 Switch, GPS and I2C input ports, or Pixhawk Series 6pin UART & I2C or GPS2 input port as a secondary GPS respectively.

The package includes the M9N GPS module, an ‘X’ type folding pedestal mount, and two carbon rods measuring 70mm and 140mm in length. The dimensions of the product are as follows:

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the Holybro M9N GPS, ensure that you have the appropriate SKU version for your system. Depending on the SKU version, connect the JST GH 10Pin,
Molex1.25mm 6pin & 4pin &3pin, or JST GH 6Pin connector to the appropriate input port on your Pixhawk or Pix32 system.
After connecting the GPS module to your system, power on your drone and wait for the system to initialize. Once the initialization is complete, the GPS module should be ready for use. Use the folding pedestal mount and carbon rods included in the package to mount the GPS module onto your drone.
During usage, ensure that the GPS module has a clear view of the sky to receive accurate positioning information. Consult your drone’s user manual for further information on configuring and using the Holybro M9N GPS module with your system.

The M9N GPS has an UBLOX M9N module, IST8310 compass, tri-colored LED indicator, and a safety switch. There are 3 different connectors options for different purposes.
This module ships with a baud rate of 38400 5Hz
