INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove front grille by pressing the thumb tabs. See Photo 1.

Install the mounting bracket using the supplied 8mm hardware using a 13mm wrench and 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 2 and Photo 3.

Cut out the lower portion of the grille. See Photo 4 and Photo 5.

Remove the grille from the supplied bumper using a 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 6.

Install the hawse fairlead using the supplied 8mm hardware and 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 7.

Light Kit Only: Install the LED light bar to the grill using the hardware supplied with the light. See Photo 8

Install the supplied 10mm bolts through the existing hole in the lower portion of the frame. See Photo 9.

Install the bumper on the lower portion of the frame with 10mm nuts using a 16mm socket/wrench. See Photo 10.

Tighten the bumper to the mounting bracket with the supplied 8mm bolts using two 13mm wrenches. See Photo 11.

If a winch is installed, run the winch cable through the hawse fairlead. See Photo 12.

Place the grille on the bumper and install with the supplied 8mm bolts using a 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 13 and Photo 14.

torque. Check to ensure for adequate clearance between all components.
Periodically check all hardware for tightness.
