This product is an air compressor product. It is developed for emergency pumping of high pressure tires. Read and follow the instructions contained in this manual carefully. Keep these instructions at a safe place for future reference. Dispose of packaging material to local applicable regulations. The operating life of the product will be less if the ambient temperature is higher than 45°C or lower than -10°C.
MAIN USE CAUTIONS BEFORE FIRST USE:
NOTE:
- Make sure the cables cannot cause a trip hazard.
- This device is intended for inside and outside use but it is not fully waterproof IP6x grade.
- This is not a TOY, keep away from small children below 12 years.
- Do not open or disassemble the device yourself, this will void the warranty at all times.
- Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product by yourself as this may result into an electric shock.
- The led source is not replaceable.
- If the cable is damaged or broken please contact your seller for correct replacement by the manufacturer only.
- Do not stand, sit on, jump or throw with the device at all times.
- Do not throw this product in the air to avoid damage caused by falling.
- Only use the device for its intended designed use.
- Take good care of the product and clean it regularly.
- Never touch the plug contacts with sharp or metal objects.
- Use only the original supply and original accessories.
- Protect the device from special liquids and vapors
NOTE
- Please note that the power port of the device should not have water infiltration. Otherwise, it will cause a product failure.
- Do not charge or store the product in a place below o C or above 40 C, otherwise the product performance will be reduced.
READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
Do not install/use/throw near a gas, electric radiator, fireplace, candles, or
other sources with a similar heat or explosion/flammable liquids and gasses.
Damage from this housing/ device can cause explosion and/or fire.
Under extreme conditions the battery cells can cause leaking. If that fluid
touches the skin then please clean directly with water and soap. If within the
eyes then clean with water for at least 10 minutes and consult a doctor.
Do not use near or in gas stations.
Do not staple, nail, or hook the power cable.
Never touch the plug contacts with sharp or metal objects.
Do not hang the device only by the electric cables.
An electric product is not a toy! To avoid the risk of fire, burns, injuries
or electric shock, the power cable should not be left within the reach of
children.
Do not use the product outside its intended use.
Do not hang ornaments or other objects on the device cables.
Do not close windows and doors on the power cord so as not to damage the
insulation.
Do not cover the product with a material (paper, cloth, etc.) that is not part
of the product when in use.

Before using this product:
Use earmuffs during use.
Don’ t let children play with the appliance; supervise children using or
maintaining the appliance. Do not use the air into the mouth, ear, eye of
persons/animals etc.
If you are wearing a pacemaker or other electronic medical implants device,
you should seek your doctor’s advice before using this product.
Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments as described in this manual,
misuse or use of any accessory or attachment other than those recommended, may
present a risk of personal injury.
Keep the appliance and accessories away from hot surface. Do not block the
appliances openings or hinder air flow, keep openings free of any objects
including dust, clothing, fingers (and all other parts of the body).
Particularly keep hair away from openings and moving parts if possible.
Warning:
Any operations that oppose to description in this user manual may lead to harm
to human or this product device.
USING THE 12V DC CIGARETTE LIGHTER (NO CHARGING FUNCTION!):
- Unravel the cord before use.
- Insert the end of the 12V DC cigarette lighter plug into the bottom of the unit until you hear a click.
- Connect the car adapter plug to the DC cigarette outlet in your car. Start your car when you are ready to use it.
- Always use the device always outside the car and do not close the car door on the cord itself to avoid breakage.
Charging the portable air compressor device:
FULLY CHARGE THIS DEVICE BEFORE THE FIRST USE!

Insert the USB connection jack end of the charging cable for charging to the charge input port of the device and connect the (optional, not included) power adapter itself to the mains power output socket.
NOTE: You can use any USB smartphone/tablet power adapter with a minimum output from 5v DC/1A-3A (3000 mA max), maximum charging is 7 hours depending on adapter model/type that is used. -
RED led light flashing and screen display battery status flashing = it is charging.

RED led and screen display light stopped flashing: It is fully charged.

Remove charging cable from the device when ready and disconnect the adapter from the mains power socket.
NOTE:
Product charge and discharge for 3-5 times then the motor and battery will
achieve to the best results in use time. Do not overcharge the product or
allow battery completely discharge.
You cannot use the air compressor while charging by the USB port! Never cover
the adapter the charge cable or adapter with blankets, curtains etc. that can
cause overheating or even fire.
The battery screen indicator lights also function as a power indicator. It
shows you the capacity of the battery. If no indicator lights are lit up, then
you will need to recharge the battery.
The battery casing heats up while charging. This is normal and is not a fault.
OPERATION AND CONTROL USE
Please note that this product can be used for car, bicycles, mountain bike,
e-bike, e-steps, electric scooters, motorcycle, camper, vans tires etc. and
balls but also inflatable toys and other travel leisure aired articles.
NOTE:
To ensure safety and correct use, before using the air compressor to inflate a
product, please inquire about the max/minimum air pressure value and way (BAR,
PSI etc) required by reading or finding out the instructions of the product to
avoid accidents caused by low or high pressure and select the desired valve
firstly to use. Some parts can be hot during use. Do not bend the air hose
during use.

Connect the air hose valve connection to the device and if needed connect one of the 5 valve adapters to the end of the valve joint connection and press the handle switch DOWN to lock it on the valve/adapter. Please note there are 2 different joints in market: French and American.
Tip: For bike’s please add the valve adapter FIRST to the valve joint from the bike before connecting it to the air hose valve joint connection. -
Power ON the device by press and hold the ON/OFF button and the display will be illuminated. It will be auto off when not used within 2 min.

Select the CORRECT desired air pressure way (Bar, PSI etc.) by pressing the ON/OFF button again.

Select the desired air pressure value by pressing the MODE/SET button. Each press will make the value higher. It will flash 3 x to confirm the value. Make sure the value that is set will be higher than the current air pressure otherwise it will not work.
Tip: Press and hold to quickly increase the value. -
Press the compressor power ON/OFF/LIGHT button on the bottom side and it will start to inflate and led lights will be ON automatically. Stay with the device during use!
NOTE: When the display mention HOT please let it cool down for some time till the warning not is gone. -
When the selected air pressure value is reached the air compressor will auto-stop directly and led lights will stay on.
Warning: The auto-stop function will not work for inflatable toys and leisure products, when these products are fully inflated stop the compressor manually with the power on/off/light button. -
Quickly dis-connect the air hose (some air leak will come out but this is normal) from the valve joint connection, remove the valve adapter (if used) by pressing the handle switch UP to unlock it. Warning: Some parts can be hot!

Press the compressor power ON/OFF button again to switch OFF completely.

Remove the air hose valve from the air compressor joint and put it back into the bag with the adapter valve and cables and store it safe and in a dry place.
Batteries warning note:
New batteries must be recharged and discharged 3 – 5 times before their full
function use time is released. Charge indoors only at room temperature and
only under supervision during daytime. Disconnect from the charger when the
battery is fully charged,
as overcharging can shorten battery life. Lithium batteries should only be
charged with constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV). When not in usage, the
charge in a fully charged battery slowly disappears. Do not place the product
near a heat source or expose it to direct sunlight, dust, moisture, rain or
mechanical impact. Try to keep the battery temperature between o°C and 45°C at
all times. If the battery is too hot or too cold, the product may not work
temporarily, even if it is fully charged. Do not attempt to charge the device
when the battery is damaged. Never insert metal objects in any opening of the
(USB) charging port.
The rechargeable battery is built into the device and cannot be replaced.
Do not throw the battery into the fire, otherwise it may explode. Batteries
may also explode if being damaged, please handle and disposal it according to
local conditions and regulations. After 3 months long storage, need to
completely discharged and recharge for at least 80%.
The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if
mistreated. Do not disassemble, short contacts, heat above 60°C (3.40°F), or
incinerate. Keep away from children. Do not disassemble and do not dispose of
in fire.
Pay attention:
- Please note that the charging port of the device should not have water infiltration. Otherwise, it will cause a product failure.
- Do not charge or store the product in a place below o C or above 40 C, otherwise the product performance will be reduced.
- It is a normal phenomenon that temperature of the charger rises during charging.
- The product should be charged as soon as it is working to a low battery level; it is forbidden to leave the product for a long period of time when the battery is low, which may cause the lithium battery to over discharge and fail to charge normal!
- High temperature environment If the environment in the car is as high as 70 degrees or more in summer, the battery may be damaged due to over-discharge if the product is not charged for a long time without charging.
- When the power is turned on for a long time until completely discharged, turn off and rest for 3o minutes before recharging it to protect the motor and prolong its service life.
HIGHLIGHT NOTES
SECURITY AND IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Class III equipment: This is a class III device and can only be used with
low voltage power, connection only to SELV power-circuits. When using
electrical products, certain precautions must be followed, including the
following:

This IP-X3 product is suitable for indoor and outdoor use but it’s not
fully waterproof IP-6X, do not submerse under water!
Please use the rated input voltage power supply of the product as mentioned on
the back label.
Do not install near a gas device or other sources with a similar heating
process.
Do not use the product outside its intended use.
Read and follow all instructions that are indicated on the product or supplied
with it. Keep this manual for future reference.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE
In case of non-use, store the product in a cool and dry place away from direct
sunlight.

- NON-Replaceable LED lights!

CLEANING THE DEVICE:
※ Make sure the device is kept dust free and clean. Clean it regularly
with a dry anti-static lint free cloth and with warm, soapy water but make
sure that no water liquid can enter the lamp luminaire. Dry the device before
turning it ON again.
※ Please do not immerse the main unit in water, it is not waterproof!
※ Wipe gently with a clean soft cloth (microfiber) dampened with water or
a mild detergent.
※ Do not use a strong aggressive/irritant lotion such as gasoline,
alcohol, cleaning agents or rubber water.
Problems & solutions:
Not working:
Is the battery fully charged? Is the air value selected hire then the current
air pressure value?
Dust leakage:
Is there something stuck or blocked in the suction air valve openings from all
parts?
Poor pumping:
Is the battery charged enough? Is there some ear leak at valve joint or air
hose? Is the valve adapter fitted correctly and locked? Is the air hose fitted
tight enough?
Strange abnormal sound and/or high temperature:
Switch off the unit and let it cool down for at least 15min and disassemble
the air valve hose connection firstly. Be careful some parts can be hot.
The air compressor is switched off automatically:
Press the power on/off/light or on/off button again to re-start it

Warranty
The warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires after 24 months. The
warranty period is considered to have started three months after the date of
manufacturing indicated on the product or as derived from the serial number of
the product. If any defect due to faulty materials and/or workmanship occurs
within the warranty period contact us immediately, we will make arrangements
for service. Where a repair is not possible or is deemed uneconomical we may
agree to replace the product. Replacement will be offered at our discretion
and the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase. The
warranty applies provided the product has been handled properly for its
intended use and in accordance with the operating instructions.
