Programming the on and off times

To program the on and off times, push down the grey tabs that correspond to the desired time. One tab corresponds to 15 minutes. If a longer time period is required, more tabs (increments of 15 minutes) must be pushed down.

_ Switch-off times: _tab position > up

Setting the current time

Turn the time dial clockwise until the arrow on the inner ring of the dial points to the current time.

Connecting the timer switch to the mains, connecting electrical devices to the timer switch

Insert the timer switch’s plug into a 230 V socket with earth contact. Then insert the mains plug of the electrical device to be switched into the timer’s socket with earth contact. The main switch of the device to be controlled must be in the “On” position.

Switching on manually

The on switch on the right side of the timer makes it possible for the user to switch the device on permanently. If the switch is put in the “I” position, then the timer is switched on permanently (the tab setting “Off” is ignored and the clock continues operating). As soon as the switch has been put back in the “Off” position, the standard programme continues.
