Thank you for choosing the tracker.This manual shows how to operate the device smoothly and correctly.Make sure to read this manual carefully before using this product. Please note that specification and information are subject to changes without prior notice in this manual. Any change will be integrated in the latest release.The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in this document.
Overview
The MC350 combined with the 4G LTE and GPS technique and use the fireproofing material that arrived Industry standard which is 6PCS 18*3mm super magnet and IPX5 the internal battery is 75000mAh that can standby 15 days. The MC350 can track the vehicle and person’s position by SMS and GPRS on line tracking software.

How to Install the SIM Card
Install the SIM Card
- Get ready a Micro SIM Card.
- Open the waterproof cover, insert the SIM Card correct as follow

6.1.1 Orange LED-4G indication

Setup and Configuration
7.1 Set the Center phone number
Command: admin+password+phone number
Example: admin123456 13424392330
Reply: admin ok
Note:
- The devices only support one center phone number
- The defaulted password is:123456
7.2 Change the password
Command: password+old password+new password (6 figures)
Example: password123456 abcdef
Reply: password ok
7.3 Request the single position
Command: G1234
Example: G1234
Reply: when the tracker receive the command, then will send the position with
longitude and latitude as follow:

7.4 Monitor
Comman: d88
Reply : SET OK
Note: Only the center phone number send command to the tracker, then tracker
will call the phone number and be the monitor mode .
7.5 Light Sensor
Enable light sensor alert via SMS: sossms123456
Reply : sossms ok
Disable light sensor alert via SMS: no sossms123456
Reply : no sossms ok
Enable light sensor alert via Call: soscall123456
Reply : soscall ok
Disable light sensor alert: no soscall123456

7.6 Removal alert
The device will send remove alarm message to 3 authorized number and send
remove alarm data to platform if tracker was removed .
7.7 Shake Alert
Enable Shake alarm via SMS: 125#
Reply : OK
Disable Shake alarm via SMS: 126#
Reply : SET OK
Enable Shake alarm via Call: 122#
Reply : SET OK
Disable Shake alarm via Call: 121#
Reply : SET OK
Set vibration sensitivity: vibtime123456,T
Example : vibtime,10

Note: T is [1-15] seconds.
7.8 Geo-fence
Setup via Mobile App or PC Web Server
7.9 Over speed Alarm
Command:speed+password+space+X
Example: speed123456 100
Reply: Speed ok
Close command: speed123456 0
Note:
- X is speed benchmark value, which is an integral number. unit is KM/H definition domain of [0, 999].
- Device will call and send alarm message to three Center phone number.
7.10 Low Battery Alarm
While device detect internal battery is low power, it will send message “Your
tracker is low power, please recharge it” to Center Number .
7.11 Working Mode
7.10.1 Normal mode : nmod,password
Example : nmod,123456 ReplyOK
Note: In this mode the device and real time tracking and GPS and TCP keep
connected.
Set Normal mode interval time : FREQ,123456,T
Example : FREQ,123456,20
Reply : OK
Note: T is [10,3599] seconds
7.10. 2 Auto mode: tmod,password, T
Example : tmod,123456,5 ReplyOK
Note: Device will report as the interval time, after that device will go to
sleep(GPS/TCP close).
T is [5,720] minutes.
7.10.3 Power saving mode: smod,password
Example: smod,123456
Note: if detect to vibrate device will wake-up and report to server every
10 seconds, or it will go to sleep mode. (GPS/TCP sleep)
Set wakeup report interval time : FREQ,123456,T
Example : FREQ,123456,20
Reply : OK
Note: T is [10,3599] seconds
Set sleep time : sleep,123456,T
Example: sleep,123456, 5
Note: if the device no movement in T minutes and tracker will go to sleep,
T is [1-1440] minutes,
7.12 Set Access Point Name(APN)
APN setting :apn+password+space+APN
Example: apn123456 cmnet
Reply: APN OK
APN user name:apn+password+space+user
Example: apnuser123456 internet
Reply: APN OK
APN password:apnpassword+password+space+password
Example: apnpassword123456,internet
Reply: APN OK
7.13 Set server IP address and Port
Command:IP+blank+IP+space+Port
Example: IP e.trackits.com 7700
Reply:SET OK

- Restart Command: CQ
- Reset command: FORMAT

9.1 App install & Login
- Search “iottracking” in Google Play or iOS store(or scan the following QR code) to download the Mobile APP;
- Choose the” Login by ID;
- Input your device’s ID number and password(default is 123456) to login.
9.2 PC login
- Web: www.yoursgps.com
- Choose “ID No.”
- Input your device’s ID number and password(default is 123456)
Troubleshooting
| Issues | Caused | Solutions |
|---|
Send SMS to the
device but no reply| 1>Data only SIM card and don’t supported SMS service,
2>New SIM card have not active
3>Card balance is not enough| Please check the SIM card
status and make sure it
can work.
Command is wrong| Please check the command format again
Password is wrong| Please check the password again (default is 0000)
Connect network fail.| Please check RED LED and only send the SMS command when
it is blinking.
Can not power on| Backup battery is low voltage| Please connect to car’s OBD
Port and make engine ON
GPS platform shows logged off| | 1.Check the APN setting ;
2. Check IP and port
Device Can not online on
the server| Device ID is wrong| Please check the ID
Device have not active on server| Please contact your sales to active your
device’s ID
The IP and port setup wrong| Check the IP and port again
APN setup error| Check the APN setting again
