Important Tips
-
During the vacuum sealing process, small amounts of liquids, crumbs, or food particles may be pulled into the vacuum tank in this product. To prevent such cases, follow these tips:
• For moist and juicy foods: freeze first and avoid overfilling bags.
• For soups, sauces, and liquids: freeze first, DO NOT overfilling, or just use a canister or container to put in the refrigerator.
• For powdery or fine-grained foods: DO NOT overfill, or just use a canister or container to put in the refrigerator. -
When you are vacuum sealing items with sharp edges (dry spaghetti, silverware, etc.), protect the bag from punctures by wrapping items in soft cushioning material, such as a paper towel. You can use a canister or container instead of a bag.
-
Fresh fruits and vegetables are not suitable for vacuum storage at room temperature, because they have to breathe and they release heat while breathing, which can easily expand the bag. It is recommended that such items be packed in a preservation box and stored in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
-
It is required to wait for 40 seconds before the next operation when proceeding with vacuum sealing/ sealing only/external vacuum sealing. Continuous operation is not allowed in order to avoid machine overheating.
