The purchaser is obliged to ensure that the serial number is stated in the
warranty card, as well as in the delivery note and proof of purchase. The
Buyer acknowledges that if the serial number of the goods is not indicated in
the purchase document, delivery note and warranty card and therefore it is not
possible to verify that the goods originate from the Seller by comparing the
serial number on the goods and their protective packaging with the serial
number indicated in the warranty card, delivery note and purchase document,
the Service Centre is entitled to automatically and without further delay
reject the claim for such goods. The Buyer is obliged to inform the persons to
whom he/she would subsequently sell the goods of this. You should claim the
phone from your dealer. The warranty card and the user manual are included in
the package of the phone.
Safe To Use
BISON 2 and BISON 2 Pro have increased durability. However, it is not mechanically indestructible. The display is made of tempered glass, which guarantees higher scratch resistance. However, it can crack if dropped on a hard surface or sharp object. A cracked display due to mechanical damage or improper use of the device is not covered by the warranty.
BISON 2 and BISON 2 Pro have IP68 and IP69K certification based on ISO
20653:2013. The IP68 rating does not guarantee 100% water resistance in all
conditions! (According to the manufacturer up to 1.5 m depth for 30 minutes.
IP68 resistance does not apply to salt water!)
After contact with water or other liquid, do not charge the phone and first
dry the connector with a reasonably warm air current (up to 40°C).
The warranty does not cover intentional damage to the phone.
Warning – the microphone is located on the bottom of the phone, if it is
covered (e.g. by hand), the other party will not hear it or will hear it very
poorly.
Note – the Bison 2/Bison 2 Pro model has an infrared heat sensor and the
Thermometer app pre-installed.
Installing NANO SIM cards
Switch off your phone before installing the cards.
- Carefully pull out the SIM card drawer from the side of the phone. Insert the cards into the drawer until they fit into place, and slide the drawer back into the phone.
- Make sure the covers are closed properly.
- The phone can use 2x NANO SIM or 1x NANO SIM and 1x microSD card.
Charging the battery
Before using your phone for the first time, you must first charge the battery to 100%.
- Connect the adapter to the charger connector. The USB-C connector can be connected from both sides, but do not use force when accepting it.
- Plug the charger into an electrical outlet.
- Once the battery is fully charged, disconnect the phone from the charger.
Switching your phone on/off / sleep mode
Make sure that the phone contains a SIM card and that the battery is fully charged.
- Press the Power button (the button on the right side of the phone) to turn the phone on.
- Press the Power button to turn the phone off.
- Press the Power button briefly to put the phone to sleep.
Infrared heat sensor
The phone has an infrared temperature sensor on the back of the phone. The sensor is designed for non-contact temperature measurement of the human body or solid objects. The measurement range is specified from 35-42°C for the human body and 0-60°C for solid objects. The measured values are only informative, it is not a substitute for a medical device.
- Start the “Thermometer” application
- Select the measurement mode and point the sensor towards the measured object from a distance of 1-3 cm.
- Press the “Measure” button and hold the device steady until the measurement is finished, announced by the result and vibration.
Safety Notice
Do not use the phone while driving.
Do not use your phone at petrol stations. Hold the phone at least 15 mm away
from your ear and body. The phone produces a bright or flashing light. Small
parts of the phone may cause suffocation Do not expose the phone to open
flames. The phone may produce a loud sound The phone is not resistant to metal
filings. Do not expose the phone to magnetic radiation. Do not take the phone
near medical equipment. Turn off the phone in hospitals and other medical
facilities if requested. Keep your phone dry. Turn off your phone at airports
and on airplanes if requested. Do not disassemble your phone. Turn off the
phone when near explosive materials and chemicals. Use your phone only with
approved equipment. Do not rely solely on your phone during emergencies. The
phone/PCB may include a label that detects moisture. If there is moisture in
the phone, the label located inside the phone will turn red. The importer has
the right not to accept the warranty on a phone damaged in this way.
Damage requiring professional repair
If any of the following occur, please contact an authorised service centre or
supplier: Moisture has entered the phone.
The phone is mechanically damaged. The phone is overheating.
- For households: the symbol (crossed-out bin) on the product or in the accompanying documentation means that used electrical or electronic products must not be disposed of with municipal waste. In order to dispose of the product correctly, please take it to the designated collection points where it will be accepted free of charge. By properly disposing of this product, you will help conserve valuable natural resources and help prevent potential negative environmental and human health impacts that could result from improper waste disposal. For further details, contact your local authority or nearest collection point. Fines may be imposed for improper disposal of this type of waste in accordance with national regulations. - Warranty repairs of equipment should be claimed from your dealer. For technical problems and questions, contact your dealer. Observe the rules for working with electrical equipment. The user is not authorized to disassemble the equipment or replace any of its components. A warranty seal is placed inside the phone to verify that the phone has not been tampered with.
There is a risk of electric shock if the covers are opened or removed. You also run the risk of electric shock if the device is incorrectly assembled and rewired.

The warranty period for the products is 24 months unless otherwise stated.

Restrictions on WiFi use
Italy – the conditions of use of WiFi networks are described in the so- called Electronic Communications Code
Norway – the 2.4 GHz band restriction applies only to the area within 20 km of Ny-Ålesund.
RoHS: This device complies with the requirements of the Restriction of
the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(Government Regulation No. 481/2012 Coll., as amended by Government Regulation
No. 391/2016 Coll.) and thus with the requirements of Directive 2011/65/EU of
the European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of
certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The RoHS

Warranty until
Information for Customers about Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty shall apply to defects of purchased product, found during its
warranty period. When purchasing a particular product, please consider
carefully what properties and functions you expect your product to have. The
fact that purchased product shall not satisfy your later requirements shall
not give any reason for complaint. Please, prior to the first use of this
product read carefully its operating instructions and follow these
instructions consistently. We recommend you to keep original product packing
during the warranty period for possible transport of the product in such a way
so as to prevent any product damage during its transport and handling. For the
purpose of due application of any complaint about the product we recommend you
to ask Seller to fill-in and confirm this Warranty Card including
identification of serial number of purchased product, which shall comply with
the serial number specified both in the document proving product purchase and
delivery note and purchased product.
In this connection Customer hereby takes into account that unless this
Warranty Card specifies serial number of purchased product, i.e., comparison
of such serial number identified in the product with the serial number
identified in this Warranty Card and document of product purchase/or delivery
note shall not allow to confirm that particular product has come from Seller,
in case of any doubts about the origin of such particular product Seller shall
be entitled to automatically and without any other acts to reject the
complaint of such goods. Warranty shall not apply to:
- product damage suffered by unqualified installation of firmware or its modification;
- product damage by static electricity;
- product use for any other purposes than designed, described in attached operating instructions;
- damage to warranty seal of the producer, attached to the product;
- product damage inconsistent with the operating instructions, technical standards or safety regulations valid in the Czech Republic;
- product damage resulting from normal wear and tear;
- discharged batteries, decrease in battery capacity caused by its wear and tear;
- product defects caused by the use in dusty, polluted or in any other way dissatisfactory environment pursuant to attached operating instructions. Wear and tear of the product and its components caused by their common use (discharged batteries, decreased capacity of accumulator, wear and tear of mechanical or displaying components, wear and tear of supply cables, headphones etc.) shall be subject neither to defect warranty nor quality warranty in the moment of take-over.
Furthermore, complaints about product parameters, not included in the operating instructions or in any commercial-technical documentation of Seller, related to the product, shall not be subject to quality warranty in the moment of take-over.
Proof of product purchase, or delivery note, shall constitute an integral part of this Warranty Card.
