SAFETY MEASURES

  1. Read this instruction manual carefully before using the device, save it for future reference.
  2. The device must be installed on a stable, dry and level surface and used in accordance with the instructions given in this instruction manual.
  3. Do not expose the device to sudden temperature changes. A sudden change in temperature (for example, bringing the device from a cold place into a warm room) can cause condensation of moisture inside the device and disrupt its performance when turned on. The device should be in a warm room for at least 1.5 hours. Putting the device into operation after transportation should be carried out no earlier than 1.5 hours after bringing it into the room.
  4. Ensure that the power cord does not hang over the edge of a table or counter, bend or twist, or touch hot surfaces.
  5. Before use, make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the nominal value indicated on the product.
  6. To avoid risks, do not connect the device to the timer.
  7. Before use, check for damage to all parts of the device, the power cord, the outlet, and if there is damage or deformation, stop using the juicer and contact an authorized service center.
  8. The device is intended for household use only. Do not use for commercial purposes. Use the device only for its intended purpose.
  9. Do not use the device outdoors.
  10. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.
  11. WARNING! Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged. Do not use the device if the device or power cord is damaged.
  12. Do not attempt to repair or modify the device yourself. Contact an authorized service center for help.
  13. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service center or similarly qualified personnel in order to avoid a hazard.
  14. Assemble and disassemble the device only as indicated in this manual.
  15. Before removing, installing or repairing any part of the juicer, disconnect it from the power supply.
  16. Before turning on the device, make sure that all parts are installed correctly. 1
  17. Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer. 1
  18. It is forbidden to disinfect the parts of the device in the disinfection cabinet or to steam and boil.
  19. Do not use any other object to push vegetables/fruits except the pusher provided. Keep your eyes away from the loading hole
  20. To avoid damage during use, do not put hard foods (such as nuts), high-fiber foods (such as sugar cane), non-juicy fruits (such as bananas) into the juicer.
  21. If products are stuck in the loading hole, do not push them through with your fingers, but use a pusher. If the fruit/ vegetables are stuck and you cannot push them through with the pusher, turn off the appliance and disassemble it to remove the remaining fruit/vegetables.
  22. Make sure that hard objects do not fall into the loading hole – this can damage the device. To avoid injury, do not put your fingers in the loading hole.
  23. To avoid injury, avoid contact with moving parts of the device.
  24. It is forbidden to use the device empty (without products) or to overload it.
  25. Do not leave the device unattended when it is in operation. Close supervision is required if the device is used by or around children.
  26. In order to extend the service life of the juicer, overheating protection is installed in the motor. If the motor runs for a long period of time or is overloaded, the overheat protection is triggered and the device automatically shuts down. After stopping the motor, remove the plug from the outlet, wait until the motor cools down (about 30 minutes), then turn on the juicer again.
  27. Unplug the device after each use.
  28. Unplug the device when not in use, before removing or installing parts, and before cleaning the device.
  29. Always turn the switch to the OFF position after use. Before disassembling the device, make sure that the engine has stopped completely
  30. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by unsupervised children.

  32. Store the device in a dry place, avoid direct sunlight.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Remove the packing materials and place the juicer components on the table.
  • Check all accessories and motor unit for damage.
  • Wash all removable parts in warm water and dry. Do not immerse the motor unit in water to avoid electric shock and damage to the appliance.
  • Before assembling the juicer, make sure that it is not plugged in and that the switch is in the «STOP (OFF / 0)» position.
  • Use only the accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
  • After each use, turn the switch to the «STOP (OFF / 0)» position. Wait for the motor to come to a complete stop before removing the juicer parts and unplug the power plug.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Assemble and Position the device properly. During use, ensure that the parts are properly assembled and firmly positioned on a smooth, safe, and stable ground.
  • No movement during use. Avoid moving any part of the juicer component during usage.
  • No Unnecessary Materials. Do not put unnecessary materials or objects on the inlet and outlet which may cause blockage or damage to the device.
  • Usage of Cleaning Utensils. Do not use a metal brush, any sharp tool, or any kind of abrasive material in cleaning your device.
  • Damp cloth for Main Unit. Do not immerse or wash the Main Unit with water when cleaning. Use a damp cloth to wipe off stains or splotches.
  • Avoid using the juicer for more than 15 mins to prevent overheating.
  • Auger problems. If the Auger becomes jammed during its juicing and the device stops working, please press the REV Button of your juicer for 3~5 seconds to reverse the Auger’s rotation, then press the ON button. This will restart the device and continue working properly.
  • Avoid boiling and using Hot water. Do not boil the device or any of the components of it in hot water for more than 60 °.
  • Turn off the power if the juicer is unused.

ASSEMBLING

The slow juicer is not only easy to use but is also very easy to assemble at the same time. Simply follow the 5-step setup provided below in assembling and you’re ready to go!
Position the chamber properly on 1the Main Unit. Ensure that the chamber has been positioned properly against the Main Unit. Install the Auger firmly inside the slow juicer’s chamber.Ensure that it has been firmly positioned inside the chamber. Place the Micro-mesh Filter firm ly inside the Chamber, enclosing the Auger around its confines.Ensure that the Micro-mesh Filter encloses the chamber.
Place the Top Cover on top of the Chamber, the Micro-mesh Filter, and the Auger firmly while aiming for the UNLOCK MARK on the Main Unit. Fasten the Top Cover to the LOCK MARK to hold it firmly in place.

USAGE

Simply follow the instructions provided below when using the juicer.

  1. Best use with fresh fruits for the highest water content.
  2. Wash and cut fruits in sizes that can fit into the tube.
  3. Remove the pits and hard core from the fruits.
  4. Put food materials into feeding tube and slightly press down slowly using the fruit pusher.

When the device is stopped during juicing

  1. Did you use more than 1 Smins? If Yes, wait for 5 minutes for the slow juicer to cool down. Press and hold the “R” button for 2-5 seconds to push the fruits upwards.
  2. Press on to resume juicing.

NOTES:

  • Do not force in the fruits during juicing to prevent damage to the Auger and Micro-Mesh Filter.
  • This device is not suitable for juicing cereal and sugarcane.• Do not juice continuously for more than 15mins.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • After use, wash all parts of the juicer (except the motor unit).
  • Unplug the appliance before cleaning. The motor unit must cool down completely;
  • After finishing work, remove all parts in the reverse order, as described in the assembly diagram;
  • After washing, dry the parts with a dry cloth, fold the juicer and put it in a dry place inaccessible to children;
  • Before washing the transparent cylinder, remove the silicone from it gasket and wash it. Dry the parts and put the silicone gasket in place.
  • Be careful! Take care of your hands when cleaning the sieve to avoid injury.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Device does not start

  • Check if the device is plugged properly to a power outlet.
  • Check the parts of juicer and make sure that each component is assembled and attached correctly.

Juice output Is low

  • Ensure that the rubber at the bottom of chamber is plugged tightly and firmly to the chamber.
  • Fresh fruits give the highest level of juice content.

Juicer stops working

  • Check if you have put excessive food materials in the device. Check food material composition (e.g. cords, hard fruit core) that may have caused blockage.
  • Press the REV Button for 3 to 5 seconds, and then press the ON button. If the device is still not working, simply turn it OFF and let it cool down, dissemble and clean.

Device emits sound while juicing and vibrates

  • It is normal for the juicer to produce some sound as it squeezes the fruits or vegetables into marsh.
  • Depending on the type of ingredient, hard ingredients (such as carrot, beetroot, radish and etc.) may cause the juicer to emit louder than soft ingredients
  • If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center.
