ASSEMBLY
-
Open box and make sure it contains all parts described in this manual.
-
Place seat upside down on a flat surface so the four leg receptacles are facing upward.
-
Insert first leg into the leg receptacle by depressing pushbutton. When the leg is in place, the pushbutton will extend out and lock the leg inplace. (Figure 1)
-
Repeat Step 3 for the remaining three legs.
-
Attach backrest to seat by inserting both back support tubes into the back support receptacle on the seat. The pushbuttons will snap out and lock the back support in place. (Figure 2)
Adjusting Leg Height
-
Before using the seat, make sure all legs are set to the same preferred height.
-
To do so, depress pushbutton and slide each leg to desired height by aligning with proper holes and letting the pushbutton snap into the correct hole to lock leg in place. (Figure 3)
-
Make sure legs are locked into place by pushing down and pulling up on each leg.
CAUTIONS:
- Inspect all parts for possible damage before assembling. If there is any damage – DO NOT USE. Contact dealer/ carrier for further instructions.
- Make sure that the height adjusting pushbuttons fully extend through the same corresponding hole of each leg extension. This ensures that the leg extensions are securely locked in place at an even height.
- Make sure all screws, nuts and/or bolts are tightened.
- Make sure the rubber tips are in place on the leg extensions and not ripped, worn or missing. Replace any missing or damaged tips.
- The rubber tips of all four leg extensions MUST touch the floor simultaneously at all times.
- NEVER stand on chair.
NOTE: To maintain appearance and promote good hygiene, clean periodically with mild soap and rinse with warm water. Wipe bath seat dry after each use.
