FAQs
How long does it take to charge battery on mini 4g?****
Hi, it usually takes between 3 and 4 hours and the battery does not last 5 days as represented by the company. We have to charge it every 2 to 3 days.
I’m deaf would this work for me?****
I am also deaf, not quite profoundly yet, but I can only hear this unit’s tiny tinny voice if I am wearing my hearing aids. I don’t know whether help would be sent without a vocal response from the button pusher. I expect there are provisions for such help. But you might be wise to read further about the unit. I just hope I have my hearing aids in when I fall.
Can you swim with this?****
The device should be kept out of both salt and chlorinated water as it could be damaging to the system despite it being waterproof.
Can this be used with at &t cell service and t mobile?****
I don’t believe so- I returned it after I found out it was a monthly fee to use the service. I’m looking into an Apple Watch- it will let you know if someone falls and also checks blood pressure.
Does it come with extra batteries?****
I am sorry I don’t have a video. The product is just like it is pictured on Amazon, it has to be charged once a week, hanging around my neck annoys me, I think the wrist would be better. I do like Medical Guardian.
Will they call the police if you ask them after you press the button?****
Yeah they will call the police or whoever is needed.
Does this system work with consumer celluar? this item just be purchased by itself and activsted with no home base or any other devices.****
It is purchased by it self with no home base or other devices.
Does this come with a charger? How do you recharge?****
Yes it does. It just sits in charger.
What is the difference between this one and the larger one ?****
Each product has different features. Unfortunately, it doesn’t show which devices you’re referencing but the difference can be found on the product pages.
Does It work with at &t ?****

Can this be used without monthly fee?****
It cannot be used without paying your monthly service feed. We recommend to call in to activate your product and learn more about your service fee.
Can you wear it under clothes? Without it being seen.****
Yes. I put mine on a chain. The necklace will show at your neck.
Is there system if u can’t push button?****
When you call in to activate you can add Fall Detection to your service plan for a fee. Fall Detection will allow your device to automatically detect a fall.
Do you have to have Internet Service or Wifi?****
No, we do not have WIFI. The device works on the Verizon cellular network.
