GUARDIAN G2-202BX1 Economy Bariatric Bath Chair without Back Instructions
CAUTIONS
-
Inspect all parts for possible damage before assembling. If there is any damage – DO NOT USE. Contact dealer/carrier for further instructions.
Allen hex tool and wrench included for assembly. -
Make sure that each U-Clip extends fully into the same corresponding hole of each leg extension. This ensures that the leg extensions are securely locked in place at an even height.

Make sure all screws, nuts and/or bolts are tightened.

Make sure the rubber tips are in place on the leg extensions and not ripped, worn or missing. Replace any missing or damaged tips.

The rubber tips of all four leg extensions MUST touch the floor simultaneously at all times.

NEVER stand on chair.
PARTS DIAGRAM
ASSEMBLY AND USE
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS CHAIR

Place seat upside down on work surface.

Place cross bar B into diagonal seat channel and cross bar A perpendicular over B in other seat channel. (Figure 1)

Use the Allen hex tool to attach the four screws securing the seat to the frame. (Figure 2)

Secure middle screw with washer into the middle position on frame and seat. (Figure 3)

Secure middle screw on frame using Allen hex tool and wrench. (Figure 4)

Slide first leg into frame, adjust to height, then insert C-Clip into pre-drilled holes. Repeat for each leg at same height. (Figure 5)
ADJUSTING LEG HEIGHT
- To adjust leg height, remove C-Clip from adjustment hole, set leg to desired height and return U-clip into adjustment hole. Make sure C-Clip clicks securely into place.
- Repeat for remaining legs making sure all are locked into place at the same height.
- Push down and pull up on each leg to be sure legs are locked into place.
Before using the seat, make sure all legs are set to the same preferred
height.
CAUTION: Maximum weight limit for this chair is 550 lbs (249 kg).
MAINTENANCE
Periodic visual inspection of this bath chair is recommended to ensure that all parts and hardware are secure, that components are in good working order and not worn, torn, frayed, or loose, and that there are no obstructions or impediments to normal, safe operation. If any part or mechanism appears to be unsafe or damaged, do not use the product. If you experience problems, please contact Medline at 1-800-MEDLINE.
NOTE: To maintain appearance and promote good hygiene, clean periodically with mild soap and rinse with warm water. Wipe bath chair dry after each use.
