Sleep 2.0 Style Bluetooth Wireless Headset
Please read the Important Safety Information for the proper use of this
product. After reading, store this User Manual in an easily accessible place
for all users.
NOTE: Please read alt information carefully prior to using the earbuds in
order to enjoy the best performance and prevent damage lo the product.
Make sure that the charging terminal is not soiled with foreign
substance.
Checking the package contents
Type-C Cable Silicone rubber earbud tips (SS/M/LL 2 each)
M-sized earbud tips come attached to the left and right headset units at the
time of purchase.
Replacing the earbud tips
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals
or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the
correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.
If any of this is the case, try the following Change the earbud tips to ones
that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the
earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most
suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset
so that the earbuds tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as
possible
- Remove the earbud tip Hold the headset unit and twist the earbud tip while rotating it to pull it out. Do not pinch the end of the earbud lip when removing it.
- Attach the earbud tip.Firmly insert the earbud tip all the way. Do not attach the earbud tip in a loose or skewed manner.
How to Wear
Twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal.
Charging
Charging the Earbuds
When both headset units are stored in the charging case, the headset lights up
means charging.
- Make sure each headset unit will be set to the correct position in the charging case by the built-in magnet.
- Use the supplied USB Type-C cable to charge the headset before use.
Checking the Battery Status of Charging Case
When the charging cable is connected, the charging status is displayed in the
charging case.

Pairing and Connecting
Dual Earbud Mode
- Turn on the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone or the device to be connected.
- Pick up the both earbuds from the charging case at the same time. The earbuds’ status lights up for one second.
- Select [SLEEP] from the Bluetooth menu on the mobile phone and connect it.
- You will hear an audio confirmation when wearing the earbuds.
Using Only One Earbud Unit
Remove one earbud unit from the charging case and use the earbud unit by
itself. In this case, only the headset unit that has been removed from the
charging case will turn on.
Note
- When you are using only one headset unit, be sure to set the other headset unit into the charging case.
- When you are using only one headset unit, the remaining battery charge of the headset may be different on the left and right sides.
Automatic Re-
connection
The earbuds are connected automatically when you’re taking out the charging
case. If you close the cover of the charging case with both earbuds mounted in
the charging case, the earbuds are disconnected.
Note
- The device must be within range (33 ff or 10 m) and powered on.
- Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your mobile device.
Attention
No button control on the earbuds.

Music Play Mode
Please adjust the volume, pause or play, the previous or next track on your device. -
Phone Call Mode
Need to answer or reject the call on your device. Pick up the call > Audio > Choose the Bluetooth [Sleep]
Battery status NOTE·
- Recommend connecting one earbud unit to check each earbud’s power.
- The remaining battery charge of the earbuds may be different on the left and right sides depending on how you use them.
- When checking the remaining battery charge on an iPhone/iPod touch or Android smartphone while using both headset units, the remaining battery charge of the headset unit with more remaining battery charge between the left and right headset units is displayed.
- When using only one headset unit, the remaining battery charge of the headset unit you are using is displayed. When the earbuds’ power is low, it will automatically turn off without any indicated notice.
Clean The Headset and Charging Case

daily maintenance, wipe with a dry soft cotton swab, or equivalent and keep
them dry

Troubleshooting
If you see any of the following symptoms while using the product, make sure to
recheck it.
It may not be a malfunction.

The power does not turn on Check the battery level and charge it.

If unable lo make a call with earbuds Please refer to page 5, phone call mode.

No sound, no sound from one side
1. Forget the [Sleep] from the B/uetooth list on your device.
2. Place both earbuds in the charging case, make sure the headset units are stored securely in the supplied charging case.
3. Press and hold the initialize button on the charging case for about 5 seconds.
4.When both earbuds light status flashes 3 times means reset TWS pairing successfully.
5. Pick up the both earbuds from the charging case at the same time.
6. Please wear the earbuds and connect the Bluetooth [SLEEP] on your device again. -
The available operating time is short, the battery power does not last long
I.Make sure there is no dirt or debris covering the charging terminals on the earbuds or the charging terminals in the case.
2.Make sure the earbuds are properly placed in the charging case.
3.Make sure the USB cable is correctly aligned with the port on the charging case
4.Make sure the charging case lights are on. -
Uncomfortable
1.Make sure you wear the earbuds correctly.
2.Choose the ear tips that fit your ears the best.
3.Insert the earbud into your ear and find a suitable position for the best4 fit.
4.When using them in bed, try a different soft pillow.
5.Use soft pillows. Pillows that are too hard may exert more pressure on your ears II you sleep on your side, which can affect the connection to your phone.
6.Do not use water pillows or pillows with metal or magnetic components. -
Volume low over Bluetooth
On your device, in the developer options under the “Networking” heading, an option to “Disable absolute volume.” Turning this option on allows the volume to stay.
iPhone
Setting > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, turn on the [Reduce Loud Sounds], and adjust the volume if you want.
Android
Method 1: Most Android smartphones have a Media Volume Limit. If enabled,
this option lets you control the max volume limit on your earbuds. Disabling
it, lets the earbuds reach their real decibels limit. If your smartphone has
that option, you can use it to increase the output volume.
Method 2: In the developer options, under the “Networking” section, there
is an option to “Disable absolute volume.” turning this option on allows the
volume to stay.
- Unable to make a Bluetooth connection
- Check that the headset is turned on.
- Check that the Bluetooth device is turned on and the Bluetooth function is on.
- If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via a Bluetooth connection. If this is the case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
- Check if the Bluetooth connection has been terminated. If terminated, make the Bluetooth connection again. II the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again.
- Charge the charging case.
- Set the headset units into the charging case, press and hold the initialize button on the charging case for about 5 seconds, initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
- You may be able to resolve some issues by setting the headset units into the charging case.
