Resolution/ Answer: If Red Solid Indicator Light stays lit, Perform Hard
reset. Follow steps below:
- Unplug unit from the power outlet.
- Remove battery for 15 seconds. See pictures above for battery location.
- Re-insert battery and plug back in.
