Question/Issue/Symptom/Problem: How to Replace Battery on TSG205SA
Resolution/Answer:
Follow the Steps below
- Locate the battery compartment on the lower rear of the left side panel. See below.
- Remove the two screws securing the pass-through port and access panel.
- Remove the panel.
- Remove and replace only with a CR123A or IEC16340 type battery.
- Replace the panel and tighten the two screws.
Note: We recommend that you keep spare batteries on hand. This battery
will allow you to continue to monitor internal temperature in the event of a
power outage.
This battery will not power the refrigeration. You must ensure uninterrupted power to the refrigerator and monitoring system at all times.
