Caution: To prevent damage to your hearing, always keep the volume level
of your device to a minimum before connecting BT headphonesto your mobile
device. Keep the touch control surface clean and avoid touching other objects
or body parts such as hair.
Note: If the BT headphones are not paired with any device, they will turn
off when left idle for a long time. Put them in the box.
Pairing your headphones via Bluetooth
To pair the BT headphones with your mobile device, do the following:
Remove the headphones from the charging case and search for the Bluetooth
headphones name “BTW 8800” on the device you want to pair and start the
pairing process. If you are prompted for a pairing code while pairing
yourdevice and BT headset, use the code: “0000”. To cancel the pairing
process, disconnect the BT headphones from your mobile device (cancel the
Bluetooth pairing).
Note: To ensure a stable Bluetooth connection, keep a distance of up to
10 metres between the BT headphones and the paired device. Depending on
ambient interference, in some cases it may be necessary to maintain a
shorter distance between the BT headset and the paired device.
Charging
A charged battery provides power for several hours of operation at normal
volume levels. A high volume consumes more battery power; therefore, we
recommend listening at normal volume levels.
When the BT headphones are placed in the charging case, the case display
shows the charge status of the BT headphones and the charging case:
Charging case indicator:
The displayed percentages indicate the battery charge level of the charging
case.
The charging case displays 100% when fully charged.
The increasing green indication shows the charging status of the headphones.
(Left side for the left earphone “L”. Right side for right earphone “R”)
You can check the battery level of the charging case by opening and closing
the charging case. The charge level of the case will then be displayed.
Headphones LED indicator:
Charging of the headphones is indicated by a pale blue LED on each headphone.
When the LED goes off the headphones are fully charged and ready to use.
Pairing the headphones will be indicated by a pale blue intermittent LED
indication.
Attention: For charging, use only the original accessories supplied with
the appliance. To achieve maximum battery life, it is advisable to start
charging the battery only when the battery is low (10% – 20%). Charge
continuously until fully charged. If the battery life is already very short,
it is exhausted and we recommend you contact an authorised service centre for
more information.
Recommendation: If your headphones are not to be used for an extended
period of time, we recommend to fully charge the batteries once every two to
three months.
We recommend storing the BT headphones together with the charging case with a
charged battery to avoid irreversible damage to the batteries (loss of
capacity).
