Product Information
The product is the RAZOR JK-JKU Aluminum Tube Doors. These doors are designed to provide added off-road convenience and utility to your vehicle. They are made of aluminum for durability and feature a latch mechanism for secure closure. The package includes all the necessary parts and tools for assembly.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before beginning assembly, watch the assembly instruction video on EZTRUNK.NET for a visual guide.
- Read the instructions fully before starting the assembly process.
- Make sure you have all the required parts listed in the manual.
- Start with the front doors:
- Attach the front door latch to the back of the door using (2) M8x20mm bolts, (2) flat washers, and (2) lock nuts. Do not fully tighten the hardware at this stage.
- Ensure that the front latch handle is facing down.
- For 2-door models, skip this step for the rear doors.
- For 4-door models, attach the rear door latch to the back of the door using the same method as the front doors. Again, do not fully tighten the hardware.
- Make sure the rear latch handle is facing down.
- Leave a little space between the Jeep and the lock for proper alignment.
- Adjust the door latch alignment to the door striker loop on the vehicle:
- Inspect and adjust the door latch alignment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Open the latch by lifting the latch handle up.
- Align the lock to the vehicle striker.
- Leave a little space between the Jeep and the lock.
- Make sure the lock hits the sticker in the middle.
- Tighten the lock securely.
- Adjust again if needed.
- Adjust the rubber stop:
- To prevent the doors from moving while driving, adjust the rubber stop.
- Turn the rubber stop to adjust its position.
- If necessary, adjust the two screws to further fine-tune the door fit.

To reduce risk from these types of injuries: Always wear seat belt and shoulder harness for all vehicle occupants.Keep arms and body inside vehicle. Drive safely, read and understand all manufacturer’s warnings and product instructions before installation. Periodically check and adjust all latches and fasteners, Failure to do so could result in the doors not latching securely.
Installation Instructions
- Attach the front door latch to back of the door with (2) M8x20mm bolts, (2) flat washer and (2) lock nut.DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN hardware. Tap washer and nut on wrench to easy access back of door looking bracket.
- JK 2DOOR SKIP THIS STEP. Attach the rear door latch to back of the door with (2) M8x20mm bolts, (2) flat washer and (2) lock nut.DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN hardware. Tap
- CAUTION: To avoid risk of injury latch mechanism must be properly adjusted before use. Inspect and adjust the door latch alignment to the door striker loop on the vehile. Check next step for adjust latch. Do not use door/latch if damaged.
- The rubber stop should not hit the jeep while adjusting.Open the latch by lift the latch handle up. Align the lock to the vehicle striker. Leave a little space between the Jeep and the lock. Make sure the lock hits the sticker in the middle. Then tighten the lock. Adjust again if needed.
