General information
The current edition of instructions applies to the following model :

Safety precautions
- Before transportation, remove the recirculation.
- Roll the stand only on a smooth horizontal surface
- Before using the recirculator, position the stand on an even horizontal surface.
- It is forbidden to
- Position the stand near heating units or close to damp or in the room with relative humidity above 80%.
- Overload the stand.
- Step on the stand during assembly or use.
- Clean the surfaces with cleaning solutions that contain abrasives or solvents.
Assembly and use
- Unpacking. Remove packing materials carefully and retain them for future shipment or storage of the unit. Examine the unit carefully for any damage incurred during transit. The warranty does not cover in-transit damage. Warranty covers only the units transported in the original package.
- Maintenance. If the unit requires maintenance, contact Biosan or your local Biosan representative.
- Clean the surfaces with non-abrasive cloth or sponge with neutral cleaning colutions. Dry the surfaces with soft cloth. Before using any cleaning or decontamination meth-ods except those recommended by the manufacturer, check with the manufacturer that the proposed method will not damage the equipment.
- Save the unit from shocks and falling. To avoid discoloration, do not position under direct sunlight. The user is responsible to carry out appropriate decontamination if hazardous material spills on or penetrates into the equipment.

- Assembly and use. Phillips screwdriver is required.
- Switch off and disconnect the UV recirculator that will be placed on the stand.
- Put the top rod (fig. 1/2) on the center of the foot (fig. 1/1), so that the side with the knob screw opening is down.
- Connect both parts with the knob screw (fig 1/3).
- Hang the UV recirculator on the hook (fig. 1/4).
- Remove the recirculator and place it on a table with rear panel facing up. With a Phillips screwdriver, remove two M3.5 screws that correspond to attachment point on the stand. Hang the recirculator on the hook.
- With a Phillips screwdriver, secure the recirculator on the stand with the two re-moved screws (fig. 1/5).
- Recirculator is ready for use (figure 2).
- Switch off and disconnect the UV recirculator that will be placed on the stand.
Specifications
The unit is designed for operation in cold rooms and closed laboratory rooms at am-bient temperature from +4°C to +40°C in a non-condensing atmosphere and maximum rel-ative humidity 80% for temperatures up to 31°C decreasing linearly to 50% relative humidity at 40°C. Biosan is committed to a continuous programme of improvement and reserves the right to alter design and specifications of the equipment without additional notice.
Warranty
The Manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the unit with the requirements of Specifications, provided the Customer follows the operation, storage and transportation in-structions. The warranty for the unit from the date of its delivery to the Customer is 1 year. For extended warranty, contact your local Biosan representative or our service department through the Technical support section on our website at the link below. Warranty covers only the units that are used as described in current instructions. If any manufacturing defects are discovered by the Customer, an unsatisfactory equipment report shall be compiled, certified and sent to the local distributor address.
