Manual DNA/RNA extraction using magnetic beads technology

Magnetic beads are a simple and reliable method of purifying genomic, plasmid and mitochondrial DNA. Under optimized conditions, DNA selectively binds to the su5ace of magnetic beads, while other contaminants stay in solution. 1. Reagent re-suspension and primary tube centrifugation
