WARRANTY CARD
WARRANTY CONDITIONS are valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland
Adler Sp. z o. o. st. Ordona 2a 01-237 Warszawa assures the User of the good
quality of the equipment for which this warranty card is issued and provides a
24-month warranty, which is counted from the date of purchase of the
equipment. Warranty services are provided upon presentation of a properly
completed warranty card. Defects or damage to the equipment revealed during
the warranty period will be removed free of charge by the Central Service. If
the equipment is purchased by an entrepreneur (VAT invoice), the warranty
period is 12 months.
The above provision does not apply to sole proprietorships, unless the type of
equipment purchased is related to the profile of the business activity –
verification at CEIDG.
In the case of replacing the item with a new one, or after making a
significant repair, the warranty period runs anew from the moment of
delivering the defect-free item to the customer or returning the repaired
item. If the guarantor replaced some of the items, the above provision shall
apply accordingly to the part replaced. The Guarantor undertakes to cover the
costs of delivering the item to the service center to the address indicated in
the warranty card. However, the beneficiary of the guarantee should be
reasonable when choosing the means of transport. The person entitled under the
guarantee is not entitled to reimbursement from the guarantor of the costs of
delivering the goods – items for warranty repair, exceeding the economically
justified costs of transport.
NOTE: The equipment is intended for home use only. Warranty repairs do
not cover activities related to descaling, maintenance, cleaning of the device
and parts and accessories subject to wear during normal use. The warranty does
not cover mechanical damage to the equipment and defects and damage resulting
from:
- improper or inconsistent with the instructions for use, storage and maintenance;
- interference by unauthorized service, arbitrary repairs, alterations and structural changes;
- use of inappropriate consumables.

The equipment complained about is delivered to the Central Service by the
Customer in a complete state and properly secured for transport. After the
repair, the complained equipment is collected from the Central Service by the
Customer.
The deadline for removing the defect may be extended by the time needed to
import the necessary parts, not longer than 30 business days. In any such
case, the service workshop will notify the customer of the extension of the
warranty repair period. In connection with the need to bring spare parts and
inform about the new date of removing the defect.

Please include your address, telephone number, and a description of the fault
in the notification. It is necessary to attach a copy of the purchase document
to the complaint.
The warranty does not exclude or limit and does not suspend the buyer’s rights
arising from it from the provisions on the warranty for defects in the sold
item.

Before using the product please read carefully and always comply with the following instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages due to any misuse.

The product is only to be used indoors. Do not use the product for any purpose that is not compatible with its application.

The applicable voltage is 220-240V, ~50/60Hz. For safety reasons it is not appropriate to connect multiple devices to one power outlet.

Please be cautious when using around children. Do not let the children to play with the product. Do not let children or people who do not know the device to use it without supervision.

WARNING: This device may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without experience or knowledge of the device, only under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety, or if they were instructed on the safe use of the device and are aware of the dangers associated with its operation. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the device should not be carried out by children, unless they are over 8 years of age and these activities are carried out under supervision.

After you are finished using the product always remember to gently remove the plug from the power outlet holding the outlet with your hand. Never pull the power cable!!!

Never put the power cable, the plug or the whole device into the water. Never expose the product to the atmospheric conditions such as direct sun light or rain, etc.. Never use the product in humid conditions.

Periodically check the power cable condition. If the power cable is damaged the product should be turned to a professional service location to be replaced in order to avoid hazardous situations.

Never use the product with a damaged power cable or if it was dropped or damaged in any other way or if it does not work properly. Do not try to repair the defected product yourself because it can lead to electric shock. Always turn the damaged device to a professional service location in order to repair it. All the repairs can be done only by authorized service professionals. The repair that was done incorrectly can cause hazardous situations for the user.

Never put the product on or close to the hot or warm surfaces or the kitchen appliances like the electric oven or gas burner.

Never use the product close to combustibles.

Do not let cord hang over edge of counter or touch hot surfaces.

Never leave the product connected to the power source without supervision. Even when use is interrupted for a short time, turn it off from the network, unplug the power.

In order to provide additional protection, it is recommended to install residue current device (RCD) in the power circuit, with residual current rating not more than 30 mA.

Never use this device close to water, e.g.: Under shower, in bathtub, or above sink filled with water.

If using the device in bathroom after use remove the power plug from the socket, because water proximity presents risk, even if the device is turned off.

Do not allow the device or power adaptor to wet. If the device falls into water,immediately remove the power plug or power adaptor from the socket. If the device is powered, do not put hands in the water. Have the device checked by the qualified electrician before using it again.

Do not touch the device or power adaptor with wet hands.

Do not cover the hair curling iron, it might cause the accumulation of heat in its interior and it may cause damage or fire.

Hairsprays contain flammable materials. Do not apply them while using the device.

Do not use the device on people who are sleeping.

The device can be supplied only with the voltage specified on the housing.

During operation, do not place the device on wet surfaces or clothes.

After using the machine, switch it off, remove each plug the power cord from the wall outlet and wait before putting it to cool down.

Always before applying pieces of equipment on the device, make sure they are dry outside and inside.

Do not obstruct in any way the inlet and the air outlet, eg .:by hair.

Do not direct the hot air flow on the power cord
