SPIRAL CUTTER
You can use the spiral cutter to easily slice different kinds of fruit and vegetables into strings. For example, you can nicely dress up your perfect dish with the strings to make a healthy vegetable spaghetti dish as a nice meal variation.
Which vegetables and fruits can you spiralise? courgette, cucumber, winter radishes, carrot (yellow, orange, red), kohlrabi, celeriac, parsley roots, parsnips, daikons, pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, white and yellow turnips, red beets, chioggia beets, broccoli stalks, apples, kaki (Japanese persimmon), pears, yellow melons.

Caution:** the vegetable or fruit has to be min. 3 cm and max. 6 cm wide. To make nice, long spaghetti it should also have a round or cylinder shape. -

-
Apply pressure on the food pusher and press the on/off button to start. Press and hold. The deeper you press the button, the faster the mixer will go.. The blade cone will now start spinning, and the food will be cut into spaghetti. Push the food pusher downwards during this process, with an even force, so that the food is pushed through the blade cone.
****Make sure that the vegetable or fruit – and thus also the food pusher – does not spin. -
Release the button to stop when the vegetables or fruit are completely cut.
****Attention: do not use the spiral cutter for more than one minute at a time. For two consecutive cycles, wait two minutes between each cycle. -
