Basic operations

Function and Operation

  1. POWER SWITCH: Turning the unit on/off

  2. Press right to the “On” position to power the unit on; press left to the “Off’ position to power off.

  3. When the power is on (and no external devices are connected), the unit enters Bluetooth mode and prompts “the Bluetooth device is ready to pair.”

  4. USB INTERFACE: Charging phone and playing music with a flash drive

  5. Cell phones can be charged through the USB interface when the charging cable is connected and the unit is powered on.

  6. Plug a USB flash drive with music files into the USB interface and the unit prompts “music play mode.” (Supports MP3, WMA, and WAV formats).

  7. MICRO USB INTERFACE: Charging the unit and using the optional Bell

  8. The unit’s built-in battery can be charged through the micro USB interface whether the unit is powered on or off. During charging, the 4 battery status LEDs will flash. The LEDs will stop flashing once the battery is fully charged.

  9. When the unit is initially plugged in for charging, the device will prompt “the Bluetooth device is ready to pair” and remain on regardless of the position of the on/off button. All functionality is available while the device is charging.

  10. The external bell can be connected through the micro USB interface. Press the button to ring the bell; hold the button in the depressed position for a continuous ring. The unit must be on for the bell to function.

  11. LED/PHONE/MODE BUTTON: LED Lights, Bluetooth SpeakerPhone, TF, USB and AUX mode button

  12. LED on/flashing/off: Press once for continuous LED, depress a second lime for flashing LED mode, depress a third time to turn off. NOTE: Answering Bluetooth calls will not change LEDmode.

  13. When the phone is paired with the device via Bluetooth, press the mode button to answer and end calls.

  14. When the phone is paired with the device via Bluetooth, all smartphone apps with audio (music, radio, fitness apps) will be amplified through the unit’s speakers.

  15. Press and hold the button to switch between Bluetooth, USB, TF, and AUX mode. When any device is unavailable, the corresponding mode will be skipped.

  16. CHNOL BUTTONS: Switching between tracks, raising and lowering volume

  17. ln BT, USB or TF mode, press the button lo switch to next track; press and hold to raise the
    volume. The unit will beep at maximum volume.

  18. ln BT, USB or TF mode, press the M◄ button to switch to the previous track; press and hold to lower the volume.

  19. TF SLOT: Playing music

  20. lnsert a TF card into the slot until it snaps into place. Use the mode button to switch to TF playback mode; the unit will prompt “music play mode.” (Supports MP3 and WMA Format).

  21. Depress the TF card gently to eject.

  22. MICROPHONE: Using the Speakerphone for Bluetooth calls
    The microphone is located under the removable waterproof cover next to the micro USB slot. THE
    REMOVABLE COVER MUST BE OPEN FOR THE MICROPHONE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY.

  23. AUX-IN:
    For external audio signal input, when an AUX plug is inserted, the unit prompts “AUX input mode”.

Bluetooth Operation
Bluetooth pairing method

  1. Select Bluetooth mode and the unit prompts that the Bluetooth device is ready to pair.
  2. Tum on Bluetooth function of the cell phone, and scan Bluetooth device with the cell phone (Bluetooth ID of the unit is AV1 27B-BT), and then pair the cell phone with the unit.
  3. The default pairing password is 0000. When paired successfully, the unit prompts connected successfully; then, open the music player on the cell phone to play music or make calls via Bluetooth. Note: Certain cell phones do not need password and will pair automatically.
  4. When the unit is turned on, it can be scanned and connected to a cell phone at any time; when paired successfully, it switches to Bluetooth mode automatically; the unit beeps when Bluetooth device is disconnected.

Mounting Holder

  1.  Make sure that the unit power has been cut off, and hold the device in one hand.

Mounting cell phone Stretch the clamping arm. The width is adjustable in the range of 50-86mm and accepts devices smaller than 86 mm. It is suitable for most mobile phones , e.g. Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Sony and TCL.MAGT

Mounting

Mounting unit

  1.  Before mounting, read and understand all steps; put the bicycle on a hard and flat ground.

  2.  Determine the mounting position and ensure that there is sufficient space for the sound equipment.

  3.  Remove screws from the mounting holder, put the non-slip rubber in the holder, and then mount the holder on the handlebar, and re-tighten the screws to prevent loosening.

  4.  Sit on the bicycle, and adjust the sound equipment to desired position.
    Note :The unit should be mounted with the LEDs facing forward and the speakers nearest the rider.

    Tips:
    The first charging time of the product is six hours and subsequent charging lime is five hours. The duration after fully charged is about 30 hours. If it won’t be used for a long time, please charge at least once every month, or else it may damage the battery or shorten its service life.
