TREND TP10015AB Perret 10-Light Chandelier

Please read carefully and save these instructions, as you may need them at a later date.

CAUTION

WARNING:
Risk of Fire. Consult a qualified electrician to ensure the correct branch circuit conductor. Min 90ºC supply conductors.

Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture, in order to prevent possible shock.

GENERAL

All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections obtain the services of a qualified electrician. Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and make sure that no parts are missing by referencing the illustrations on the installation instructions.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

1. Attach long nipple (19) into lamp body (20).
2. Put rod (18) onto long nipple (19) and secure rod (18) with hex nut (17), washer (16), and loop (15).
3. Swing the arms (21) clockwise from the horizontal position to the vertical position.
4. Adjust chain (14) to the desired length, and connect loop (15) with lower chain link (13) and chain (14).
5. Attach mounting bar (08) to outlet box (01) with box screws (09).
6. Pass the power supply cord and ground wire through the chain (14), collar loop (12), canopy (11), nipple (10), and into the outlet box (01).
7. Make a wire connection with white wire (02) and black wire (03). Use wire connectors (05) to secure the connections. Secure ground wire (04) and ground wire from the fixture to the mounting bar (08) with ground screw (07).
8. Screw nipple (10) into collar loop (12), then screw nipple(10) into mounting bar (08) and tight with hex nut (06).
9. Unscrew the threaded ring from the collar loop (12), then attach the chain (14) to the threaded ring and canopy (11).
10. Use the upper chain lock (13) to connect chain (14) to the collar loop (12).
11. Raise canopy (11) to the ceiling, verify all wires are securely inside, then secure canopy (11) in place by tightening threaded ring onto collar loop (12).

INSTALLATION IS NOW COMPLETE.
