USE
Before each use, check the tool for any signs of damage. The tool should be kept clean. Check that none of the pneumatic system components is damaged. If any damage is observed, replace it immediately with new undamaged system components. Before each use of the pneumatic system, dry the condensed moisture inside the tool, compressor and pipes.

Before installing, removing, replacing accessories, and before performing any maintenance, turn off the power source, drain the air from the hose, and disconnect the device from the hose.

The best results are provided by frequent but not excessive lubrication of the device. oil introduced into the place of compressed air connection, lubricates the internal parts of the device. It is recommended to use an automatic oiler in the network, although oiling can also be done manually, before starting work and after each hour of continuous operation. Only a few drops of oil are given at a time. Excess oil could accumulate in the device and be blown out with the exhaust air. USE ONLY THE OIL INTENDED FOR PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT. Do not use oil with detergents or other additives, as this could cause accelerated wear of the sealing elements used in the device. dirt and water in the air being supplied are the main causes of wear on the pneumatic device. The use of an oiler and an air supply filter ensures better operation and longer life of the pneumatic device. The filter capacity should be adapted to the airflow demand specific to the device. Avoid direct contact with the tool inserted during and after work, it may be hot or sharp. Use accessories and consumables only in sizes and types that are recommended by the manufacturer. Do not use accessories of a different type or size. Check that the maximum insert tool speed is greater than the rated speed of the device.

Avoid sticking to the cutting blade or excessive pressure.
Do not make excessively deep cuts. Overloading the cutting blade increases its load and its tendency to stick or get stuck and thus the possibility of kickback or breakage of the blade.

Avoid the area in front of and behind the rotating cutting blade. Moving the cutting disc in the workpiece away from one another may cause that in the event of kickback, the power tool will spring back together with the rotating disc directly towards the user.

If the cutting blade is jammed or the work is interrupted, switch off the machine and wait until the blade stops completely. Never try to pull the still moving blade out of the cut as this may cause kickback. Detect and remove the cause of the jam.

Do not switch the device on again while it is in the material. Before cutting, the cutting disc should reach its full speed. Otherwise, the wheel may get caught, jump off the workpiece, or cause kickback.

Boards or large objects must be supported before processing to reduce the risk of kickback caused by a stuck blade. Large items may bend under their own weight. The workpiece should be supported on both sides, both near the cutting line and at the edge.

Use extreme caution when cutting holes in walls or operating in other invisible areas. A cutting disc that penetrates into the material can cause the tool to kick back when it comes across gas, water, electricity, or other lines.

Do not use too large sheets of sandpaper. When choosing the size of sandpaper, follow the manufacturer’s instructions. The sanding paper sticking out from the sanding pad can cause injury, as well as blocking or tearing the paper or kickback.

It should be taken into account that even with normal use, there are pieces of wire lost by the brush. Do not overload the wires by applying too much pressure. Airborne pieces of wire can easily break through thin clothing and / or skin. If the use of a guard is recommended, prevent brush contact with the guard. The diameter of the brushes for plates and pots can be increased by pressure and centrifugal forces.

ASSEMBLING AND ADJUSTING THE BLADE GUARD
The blade guard protects the operator against debris, accidental contact with the tool working or sparks. It should always be mounted with additional attention to that the covering part is facing the operator.

DISC INSTALLATION
For grinding or cutting wheels:

  • Lock the spindle with the key provided
  • Insert the special key (included) in the outer flange holes.
  • Turn the key – loosen and remove the outer flange.
  • Apply the blade so that it is pressed against the surface of the inner flange.
  • Screw on the outer flange and tighten slightly with a special wrench. Disassembly of the discs takes place in the reverse order to assembly. When mounting, the shield should be pressed against the surface of the inner flange and centrally mounted on its rolling.

INSTALLATION OF WORKING TOOLS WITH A THREADED HOLE Lock the spindle with the key provided
Remove the previously mounted working tool – if fitted.

Before mounting, remove both flanges – inner flange and outer flange. Screw the threaded part of the working tool onto the spindle and tighten slightly.
Dismantling of working tools with a threaded hole is in the reverse order to assembly.

MAINTENANCE
The most effective grinder operation is possible when the air supply line is equipped with an air oiler. When the grinder is supplied without an oiler, proceed with the following maintenance instructions.
Disconnect the grinder from the flexible hose. Introduce few drops of oil for pneumatic tools into the grinder inlet before each use of the tool and after each hour of continuous operation. Put few drops of oil into the grinder switch button mechanism. Press the button few times to distribute oil on cooperating surfaces.
Do not use oil with detergent or other additives, this may cause faster wearing of sealings in the grinder.
