OPERATION / SETTINGS

1. Selection guide
   Select the appropriate type of torque wrench and socket according to the torque required for the bolt or nut to be tightened.

2. How to use – set the torque value

   • Pull out the handle to unlock the extra scale

   • Turn the additional scale to set the torque (combination of values on the main scale and the auxiliary scale)
     Example: To set the torque to 66 Nm

   • Rotate the additional scale to 60 Nm on the main scale near the reference line. Now the torque is set to 60Nm

   • Turn clockwise until the 6 on the additional ruler is aligned with the center line. Now the torque is set to 66 Nm

   • Place the cap over the tip of the bolt or nut.

   • Turn the torque wrench clockwise to tighten the screw

   • When you hear the sound, stop tightening the screw, the sound means that the screw is at the set torque value.

3. Precautions for Use

   • Make sure the torque wrench is properly set before use.
     (Torque is set to Minimum Shipment Scale)

   • Please visit a professional service center for regular functional and accuracy checks. Do not repair on your own.

   • When storing a torque wrench for a long time, store the wrench with the torque scale set to the lowest setting, then apply stainless steel oil and store in a dry place

   • To ensure the accuracy of the torque w rench, check it once a year or after 5,000 uses.

   • It is forbidden to use a torque wrench as a hammer, use pliers to tighten the wrench or use the wrench in water.
