BEFORE USING THE MOBILE 12800
CALIBRATE THE BATTERY
Make sure to fully charge the battery once you receive the product.
Note: When not in use, the Omnicharge should be stored at full battery and
fully charged at least every 6 months to avoid over depletion. Failure to do
so can cause the battery to malfunction and is not covered by warranty.
BUTTION FUNCTIONS
PRIMARY CONTROLS
- Long press to power on
- Long press to power off.
- Rapidly press the power button four times to enable/disable auto shut off.
BATTERY READING
The four LED lights located in the power button, indicate the battery
status of the charger.
Each LED light represents 25% of a full battery.
AUTOSHUT -OFF FUNCATION
The auto shut-off function will turn off the charger when the power draw is
lower than the designated threshold for 5 minutes. This helps reduce standby _
power consumption and prolongs the battery’s life.
Note: Some devices like Bluetooth headsets draw very little power and may
be below the threshold of the auto shut-off function. When charging these
devices, we
fecommend disabling auto shut-off.
WIRELESS CHARGING
MAX OUTPUT 1 OW
Recharge your phone with our wireless charging feature. Simply place your
phone on top of the Omnicharge to get fast and reliable wireless charging.
For optimal wireless charging, align your phone with the center of the
Omnicharge as shown in the picture.
Note: The optimal charging range varies depending on the size of the receiver coil of your phone. Some phone models have small receiver coils and can experience sudden interruptions after charging for a few seconds. This is because of minor alignment deviations between the transmitter and receiver coil. Please lift the phone, wait a few seconds and finetune the position until you get a stable wireless charge.
PASS-THROUGH CHARGING
Pass-through charging means that you input power to the Omnicharge while outputting power to your device (passing the power through the Omnicharge). All Omnicharge products support pass-through charging. This means that you can input power through the USB-C and output to the USB-A and wireless.

USB-A PORTS
MAX OUTPUT 18W
Both ports are compatible with QC 3.0 devices and can output up to 18W.
USB-C PORT
MAX OUTPUT: 45W
Our PO enabled USB-C port can provide up to 45W output and 30W input. The high
powered USB-C port can directly charge your laptop and mobile devices without
needing a wall charger. The USB-C port is plug-and-play, just plug your USB-C
into the USB-C port to start charging.
Note: if your USB-C output does not immediately connect, try to reconnect
the USB-C cable.
RECHARGING YOUR OMNICHARGE
FROM THE USB-C PORT MAX INPUT: 30W
Connect a USB-C wall charger and it will automatically start recharging the
Omnicharge.
Note: If the Omnicharge does not detect incoming power, try to plug in
your USB-C charger while the Omnicharge is turned off. Once charging has
started, you can power on the Omnicharge to utilize pass-through charging.
OMMICHARGE ONE-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Omnicharge warrants that its hardware product shall be free from defects in
materials ant workmanship for one (1) year beginning from the date of original
retail purchase.
Omnnicharge does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused
by accident or abuse.

Read all instructions and cautions carefully before use to avoid personal
injury or damage to the unit
and any connected products.

Handling
Set up your Omnicharge on a hard, stable work surface which allows for adequate air ventilation around the power bank. The Omnicharge may be damaged if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, exposed to heat or moisture. Do nat use a damaged Omnicharge as it may cause injury. -
High Temperature
Do not store the device in high-temperature environments, including heat caused by intense sunlight or other forms of heat. Do not place the device in excessively hot environments like cars or near fire. -
Shock or Fire Hazard
Omnicharge products with AC output generate the samme potentially lethal AC power as a normal household wall outlet. Please use it carefully just like using a normal AC wall outlet. DO NO insert foreign objects into outputs or ventilation holes. -
DC Output
Omnicharge products with DC output operate on a specified voltage. Check your device specifications for the operating voltage before use Improper use of DC output may harm your device. -
Battery
Your Omnicharge is not user serviceable, do not atternpt to replace or modify the battery yourself, this may darmage the battery which can cause overheating, fire or injury. Improperly replaced batteries may present a risk of leakage, explosion and personal injury. Any manipulation to the unit or its components will void all warranties. -
Recycling
The battery in your device shauld be serviced or recycled by an authonzed service provider, and must be recycled or dispased of separately from household waste. Dispose of batteries according to your local environmental laws and guidelines. If no laws or regulations govern, dispose of your Omnicharge in a waste bin for electronics.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What is USB PD (Power Delivery)?****
– The USB-C port on the Mobile 12800 supports USB PD. This is a unified charging standard that uses standardized voltages which allows one universal USB-C charger to power other PD compatible devices like laptops, tablets, or phones.
2. Can the Mobile 12800 power any USB-C laptop?****
– Modern laptops generally conform to USB power delivery standards. To determine whether the Mobile 12800 is compatible, you will need to compare your laptops required voltage with the USB-C output specs of the Omnicharge.
3. What if the power from the USB-C port is not flowing the correct direction?****
– If you are inputting power: Try to plug in the cable while the Omnicharge is
turned off. After the Omnicharge has started charging, you can turn it on to
utilize pass-through charging.
If you are outputting power: Try to reconnect the charging cable.
4. Can | carry my Omnicharge with me on the plane?****
– Yes, the Mobile 12800 can be brought with you in your carry-on luggage. The standard across most airlines is that you can carry up to 100Wh battery packs. If you are unsure, please check with your airline.
5. Can I charge the Omnicharge while powering my devices?****
– Yes, this is known as pass-through charging. The Mobile 12800 can input from either USB-C port, and output from all other ports at the same time.
