SAFETY AND HANDLING
Read all instructions and cautions carefully before use to avoid personal injury or damage to the unit and any connected products.
-
Handling
Set up your Omnicharge on a hard, stable work surface which allows for adequate air ventilation around the power bank. The Omnicharge may be damaged if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, exposed to heat or moisture. Do not use a damaged Omnicharge as it may cause injury. -
High Temperature
Do not store the device in high-temperature environments, including heat caused by intense sunlight or other forms of heat. Do not place the device in excessively hot environments like cars or near fire. -
Shock or Fire Hazard
Omnicharge products with AC output generate the same potentially lethal AC power as a normal household wall outlet. Please use it carefully just like using a normal AC wall outlet. DO NO insert foreign objects into outputs or ventilation holes. -
DC Output
Omnicharge products with DC output operate on a specified voltage. Check your device specifications for the operating voltage before use. Improper use of DC output may harm your device. -
Battery
Your Omnicharge is not user serviceable, do not attempt to replace or modify the battery yourself, this may damage the battery which can cause overheating, fire or injury. Improperly replaced batteries may present a risk of leakage, explosion and personal injury. Any manipulation to the unit or its components will void all warranties. -
Recycling
The battery in your device should be serviced or recycled by an authorized service provider, and must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Dispose of batteries according to your local environmental laws and guidelines. If no laws or regulations govern, dispose of your Omnicharge in a waste bin for electronics.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Can I carry my Omni Ultimate+ with me on the plane?****
This depends on the airline. Many airlines allow up to two batteries between 1 00Wh – 150Wh with airline approval. In most cases this just means that you need to fill out a form at check-in. If you are unsure, consult with your airline prior to travel.
2. Can I charge the Omnicharge while powering my devices?****
Yes, this is known as pass-through charging. The Omni Ultimate+ can input power from either USB-C or DC port, and can output from all other ports at the same time. The DC and USB-C port share a charging circuit. When pass-through charging, only one USB-C port may be used at a time.
3. My Omnicharge is overheating while recharging.****
Fast charging generates a lot of heat. When recharging immediately after a heavy discharge, you may experience an OT (over temperature) warning. This is normal behavior, the Omnicharge will resume charging once it has reached a functional temperature.
4. Can I charge my Omnicharge from a solar panel?****
Yes, the Omni Ultimate+ can be recharged using most portable solar panels. Make sure your solar panel falls within the specs of the DC barrel port (5v- 25v)
5. Why is my Omnicharge outputting power when nothing is connected?****
This is perfectly normal behavior. The passive power draw can vary from 0.2W-7 .5W and is required for the on board circuits and display.
6. What is USB PD (Power Delivery)?****
USB PD is a unified charging standard that uses standardized voltages which allows one universal USB-C charger to power other PD compatible devices like laptops, tablets, or phones.
