1. Remove product from packaging and check for damage.
2. Remove body using a screwdriver as leverage through access point in both
endcaps. Then detach earth and safety cords and place in clean area. If
conduit mounting remove knock outs from endcaps using pliers.
3. Attach body to ceiling, spine or trunking surface and feed in cable. For
conduit fold down mounting points. Fixings supplied by others.
4. Offer up diffuser assembly and suspend from safety cords then connect
earth lead.
5. Connect all electrical connections to the terminal blocks. See layout
below.

6. If the luminaire is an emergency variant, connect the battery leads and
mark the installation date.
7. Press diffuser assembly back into body starting at non sensor end if
applicable. Locking feature in endcap must be inside in canopy notch. Ensure
no cables or safety cords are trapped and both endcaps are fully engaged.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- A qualified electrician, in accordance with IEE wiring regulations should carry out connection to mains wiring.
- Observe ESD precautions during installation.
- This unit must be EARTHED.
- Ensure that the rated voltage and frequency requirements are compatible with the available mains supply.
- Cleaning of reflectors and lenses should be carried out using clean, soft and lint free cloths and anti-static cleaning fluid
- Do not carry out high voltage insulation test, i.e. 500/1000v this may damage internal components.
- Luminaire body will become hot under normal operating conditions. Allow to cool before undertaking any necessary maintenance work.
