WARNING
To Prevent Serious Injury or Death:
- Adult supervision required.
- Do NOT leave child unattended while in use.
- Do NOT allow babies to sleep on this product.
- Do NOT use in crib, play yard, etc.
- Do not move unit with child inside.
- Fall Hazard: Never place product on countertops, tables, steps or other elevated surfaces. Use this product only on the floor.
- Suffocation Hazard: Never use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as pink Palms™ Tiki Toy Bar™ may tip over and cause suffocation.
- Do not add additional strings or straps to product.
- Do not connect links together across Activity Gym™. Never connect links to form a chain more than 12” long.

- Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly.
- Examine product frequently for damaged, missing, or loose parts.
- DO NOT use if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken.
- Contact Kids2 for replacement parts and instructions if needed. Never substitute parts.

Toy Bar Installation
Attaching the Toys
Care and Cleaning
Mat – Remove toys and toybars before washing. Machine wash with cold
water, gentle cycle. No Bleach. Air Dry.
Toy bar and toys – Clean before use with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry.
Do not immerse in water.
To reassemble the Activity Gym™ – Follow the assembly instructions on page
8-10.
