Read this User Guide and the Instruction Manual supplied with the Rebar Tying Tool before using it. .

This guide describes some important matters that need your attention when you use the Rebar Tying Tool with Communication Function (hereinafter referred to as the “Tool” ).

You first need to agree with the “Terms and Conditions for Use of the Rebar Tying Tool IoT Service and open a new account on the Rebar Tying Tool App. to be able to use the Tool. For more details, refer to the “Procedure to start using the Tool” section on the following page.

The Tool is provided by MAX CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “MAX”) as a lent product and its ownership belongs to MAX. You have an obligation to manage the Tool properly even when it is sublet to a third party.

- The Tool is a lent product and, therefore, provided without a basic guarantee.
- When the Tool is in trouble. please click “Go to troubleshooting” on the App. or refer to “Troubleshooting”.
- If problem persists, stop using the Tool and contact us as described in the “Contact to MAX section at the end of this guide.
- The available scientific evidence does not show that any health problems are associated with using low power wireless devices. There is no proof, however, that these low power wireless devices are absolutely safe. Low power Wireless devices emit low levels of radio frequency energy (RF) in the microwave range while being used. Whereas high levels of RF can produce health effects (by heating tissue), exposure of low-level RF that does not produce heating effects causes no known adverse health effects. Many studies of low-level RF exposures have not found any biological effects. Some studies have suggested that some biological effects might occur, but such findings have not been confirmed by additional research. RB-441T-C has been tested and found to comply with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines.
