Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth before use and wash all loose parts. The stick mixer can be used for mixing and chopping quickly and simply. Perfect for purées, soups, dressings, baby food, milkshakes and sauces, for whipping cream or chopping nuts, etc. The stick mixer should be used in the container provided, but can also be used in bowls, pots or pans. If you use it with another bowl, you should be careful to avoid splashes.

Use with mixer shaft

Attach the mixer shaft to the motor unit by carefully twisting the shaft so that the arrow on the motor unit is lined up with the closed padlock symbol on the shaft (clockwise). Plug the appliance in. Make sure the cord does not get in the way.

Lower the mixer shaft into the ingredients before starting it to avoid splashes. Use a tall beaker and be careful when mixing hard ingredients (nuts etc) to avoid flying food particles.

Operate the unit at minimum level of speed when beaker is filled up to Max level to avoid splashing of food/liquid during use. Press the power switch and carefully move the stick mixer up and down along the sides of the container using rotating movements. To activate the turbo function, press the turbo button in short bursts. The motor then runs at the highest speed until the button is released. When you release the power switch/turbo button, the motor stops immediately.

As the stick mixer works quickly, most ingredients are ready in under a minute, so it is a good idea to work in short bursts, especially initially when you are not used to using the appliance. Note that the stick mixer may only be used continuously for a maximum of 30 seconds. Then pause for 3 minutes so that the appliance can cool down before starting again. After use, remove the stick mixer from the container and unplug it. Remove the mixer shaft by twisting the motor unit in the direction of the open padlock symbol (anticlockwise). For more instructions, see “Cleaning and maintenance”.

How to use the mini-choppe

The mini-chopper is perfect for chopping ingredients such as meat, hard cheese, herbs, garlic, carrot, nuts, etc.
NOTE! The blade is very sharp. Never touch the blade directly. Instead use the plastic part. Place the container on a flat surface, then attach the blade to the axle in the middle of the container. Fill with the ingredients to be chopped. Put the lid on. The motor unit is then locked firmly in the lid by twisting the motor unit slightly until it is secured in place. The mini- chopper is intended for use with smaller quantities, and so it should only be used with the quantities specified in the table in order to guarantee optimum results and to avoid overloading the appliance.

Type of ingredient| Preparations| Max. quantity| Approx. time
---|---|---|---
Meat| Cut into 2 cm pieces| 150 g| 10 sec.
Fresh herbs| Rinse and dry| 50 g| 10 sec.
Nuts/almonds| Only the nuts, not the shells| 150 g| 10 sec.
Cheese| Cut into smaller pieces| 100 g| 10 sec.

Chocolate| Chill and cut into pieces of about 2 cm| 50 g| 5 short presses and 10 sec.

IMPORTANT!
To avoid damaging the blade and container, the mini-chopper should not be used to
chop the following: barley, ice, nutmeg and coffee beans. Damage arising from use for
this purpose is not covered by the right of return.

Plug the appliance into a wall socket. Switch on the appliance by pressing and holding the power switch as long as you wish to mix. It is recommended to start with small short presses of the button, and then allow the appliance to work uninterrupted until the required results are achieved. However, the mini- chopper must not run continuously for more than 30 seconds. Then leave the appliance to cool for 3 minutes before using it again. For a quicker speed, press the turbo button in short bursts. During use, hold the motor unit with one hand and the container with the other hand. After use, twist the motor unit away from the lid and the lid is lifted away from the container. Carefully remove the blade.

MPORTANT!
The blade is very sharp and therefore must be handled with care. Never remove the lid until the blade has stopped completely.

How to use the whisk

The whisk can only be used to whip cream, egg whites, light batter, such as pancake batter or cake mixes, and ready-made dessert mixes. Attach the whisk to the whisk holder and then twist the whisk holder on the motor unit so that the arrow points towards the closed padlock symbol. Place the whisk in the container before starting the appliance. Start the appliance by pressing and holding the power switch for as long as you wish to whisk. It is recommended to start with small short presses of the button, and then allow the appliance to work uninterrupted until the required results are achieved. Make sure that the whisk is not run continuously for more than 30 seconds. Then leave the appliance to cool for 3 minutes. After use, twist the whisk holder away from the motor unit.
