GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Always store and transport the air track in its carrying bag. Do not use the air track if it is damaged or leaking air. Choose an appropriate area to set up the air track. Ensure that there is nothing sharp underneath the air track (such as rocks, gravel, etc.) when setting it up to avoid damaging the air track. If you use the air track outside, set it on level and soft ground, preferably on top of a protective tarp or fabric. To clean the air track surface, wipe it with lukewarm soapy water. Avoid strong cleaning solutions. Before rolling up the air track for storage, ensure that the air track is clean and dry. The recommended temperature for air track use is -10 – +30 °C / 14 °F – 86 °F and for storage, it is at least +5 °C / 41 °F (not recommended to be stored in direct sunlight). Air tracks can bear 200 kg/m² / 440lb/10.76 ft².
ELECTRIC PUMP USER INSTRUCTIONS
Inflating the air track: Remove the air track from the carrying case and roll it out fully so that the valves are visible. There are two valves on the side of the air track; you can use either to inflate or deflate the air track. Only use the pump that is included with the air track. Notice that the smaller end of the pump is used for inflating the air track and the larger end of the pump is for deflating the air track.
Open valve cover (1). Ensure that the valve button is in the up-position (2).
Place the head of the pump tube into the valve and twist clockwise so that the
pump and valve connect tightly (3). The recommended pressure for airtrack is
5-6 PSI. The bounciness of the air tracks depends on how much pressure you put
on it. Our recommended pressure level is 5-6 PSI but the most optimal pressure
depends on the users’ preferences. Turn on the pump and wait until the desired
air pressure level is seen on the pump’s air pressure gauge. Turn off the
pump, then remove the head of the pump tube by twisting counterclockwise. Put
the valve cover back
in place. Ensure that the valve cover is properly in place to avoid air
leaking from the air track.
Deflating the air track: Push the valve button into the down position and the valve will open (2). Then, connect the tube to the end of the pump used for deflating the air track. Place the head of the pump tube into the valve and twist clockwise so that the pump and valve connect tightly (3). Turn on the pump and wait until the air track is deflated. Turn off the pump and remove the tube from the valve. Put the valve cover back in place.
If air leaks around the valve, follow these steps
- Remove the valve key from its packing case.
- Open the valve cover and place the valve key in the valve.
- Turn the valve key clockwise until there is no space between the valve and the air track. Do not turn the key counterclockwise as this will cause the valve to loosen, leak air, and eventually detach from the air track.
- Close the vent and check to see if the leak stopped.
