ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNINGS!

READ THIS ENTIRE MANUAL CAREFULLY PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE ENCLOSURE. THIS ENCLOSURE IS DESIGNED TO BE USED WITH ACON AIR ROUND TRAMPOLINE.
CAUTION:
This is an assembly instruction manual for the Acon Premium enclosure. Ensure that you have read and understood the trampoline user manual before assembling and/or using this product.

  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to become familiar with all the information in this booklet and to convey the warnings to all the users.
  • It is very important that you properly and securely attach the safety net to the frame and itis in the correct position prior to using the trampoline.
  • This unit is not intended for commercial or public use and such use is therefore strictly prohibited.
  • The following pages contain diagrams, pictures, and written instructions for assembling your enclosure system on your previously assembled Acon AIR round trampoline.
  • Familiarize yourself with the assembly and installation instructions before beginning the instal- lation.
  • After assembling and inspecting your trampoline and enclosure, and before permitting its use, ensure that the trampoline is on a firm, level surface and that each leg is in contact with and firmly supported by the surface. It is the responsibility of the owner and/cr supervisor of this trampoline to ensure unit is correctly assembled, placed and maintained.
  • The owner and/or supervisor of the trampoline is responsible for making all users aware of the practices and information specified in the trampoline user manual.
  • We recommend at least 2 people participate in assembling the trampoline enclosure.
  • The trampoline enclosure is only to be used as an enclosure for a trampoline.
  • The enclosure must be used only with the correspondingly sized trampoline.
  • Keep manual in safe place for future reference.

WARRANTY POLICY

At ACON, we strive to inspire people of all ages to exercise, play sports, and enjoy outdoor activities.
We believe that our high-quality products and great customer service form a great springboard for it.
The products we sell are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and usage conditions by the original end user/customer. Warranty period starts from the shipping date, and detailed information  about the length of warranty periods for specific products is provided on the product information pages on Acon websites.
While the warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, it does not cover damages caused by:

  • Wind, lightning, flooding, natural disasters, or any other weather-related events;
  • Accidental or purposeful burns, cuts, punctures, snags or other vandalism;
  • Abuse, misuse, and improper or abnormal usage;
  • Failure to follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance, installation or use of incompatible accessories or parts, alteration or attachments to equipment other than ACON’s products that are intended for use with the product;
  • Commercial or rental use;
  • Any other cause not arising from defects in material or workmanship.

Normal wear & tear and weathering is to be expected, and as such cosmetic issues such as fading and UV deterioration, surface rust and scratches, and other issues such as normal stretching of materials over time are not manufacturing defects in materials.
In the case of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace damaged part(s) or component(s) which suffered from manufacturing defect. At our request, all damaged or broken parts must be returned to us by customer prior to replacement or repair – with proof of purchase.
ACON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHER DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ANY ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT OR USE, COST OF REMOVAL, INSTALLATION OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AS ALLOWED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAWS.

PARTS LIST

This is the parts list for your enclosure. Choose your enclosure model from the lists and make sure that you have all the parts listed. If any parts are missing, please contact ACON customer support. ACON Premium Trampoline

Enclosure - PARTS LIST 2 Install the lower enclosure poles (#2) on the sides of the trampoline legs with u-bolt clamp assemblies (#3). Tighten with the wrench (#9). The lower u-bolt should be installed below the leg base and leg extension joint as seen in the figure below. polesPlace the net (#4) on spring pad approximately as shown. Position the door between 2 enclosure poles as shown in final assembly image (fig.1). Insert top rims (#11 and #12) into the sleeves on the net (#4).
NOTE: In AIR 4.6 /15 ft the short top rim (#12) must be inserted into the sleeve above the zipper door of, then continue to assemble as instructed below. When assembling the AIR 4.6 /15 ft, alternate shirt and long rims. length of each sleeve on the net determines the length of top rim to be used. Insert the rims in the sleeves with caution. Enclosure - Spring PadInsert top rims into the holes of the top connector (#5). Install the bolts (#6) with allen key (#10) through the holes. Ensure that both of the rims are inserted all the way to the ends of the holes so both of the bolts will go through both of the rims. ACON
Premium Trampoline Enclosure - boltsInsert top connectors (#5) into the top poles (#1). It is recommended at least 2 people hold the top rims when inserting the top connectors onto the upper enclosure poles. ACON Premium Trampoline Enclosure - top rimsConnect the net (#4) to the V-rings of the trampoline mat using the straps (#7).

  1. Begin by tying one end of the strap to one of the V-rings.

  2. Continue by weaving the strap through the v-rings and the holes at the bottom of the net. Use the plastic guide (#8) to help.
    NOTE: not every hole will be used in the net but every V-ring of the mat will be used.

  3. Finish off each strap weave by tying the ends of the straps to the V-ring.
