Assembly
Step 1: Installing Wheels
Turn the cargo bed upside down. Install the swivel wheels and directional
wheels on the cargo bed with M10x25 bolts and M10 nuts. Ensure smooth rotation
of the wheels.
Step 2: Installing Hitch Connectors
Fix the front and rear hitch connectors on the cargo bed frame using M8x65
bolts and M8 nuts. Differentiate between the front and rear connectors.
Step 3: Installing Railing Bases
Place the cargo bed upwards. Insert the railing bases into the frame and
secure with M14 nuts. Orient the holes on the base towards the left and right
sides.
Step 4: Installing Front and Rear Railings
Insert the front and rear railings onto the bases, align the installation
holes, and secure using M8x40 bolts and M8 nuts. Front railing should be near
the swivel wheels.

- DO NOT overload the trailer.
- Avoid making sudden turns when using the trailer to prevent falling goods that could cause injury or property damage.
- DO NOT operate the trailer if any part is damaged or broken.
- DO NOT operate the trailer under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered workbenches and dark areas increase the risk of accidents. The floor must not be slippery due to wax or dust.

NOTE: The side of the swivel wheels be considered as the front direction.
PARTS LIST (See Fig.2)
NOTE: To differentiate between the front hitch connector and the rear hitch connector, please refer to the figure above.
ASSEMBLY
WARNING: Please wear work gloves to prevent fingers from being pinched or
scratched. STEP 1 Installing Wheels (See Fig.3)
Turn the cargo bed upside down, Install the swivel wheels (B) and directional
wheels (C) on the cargo bed (A) with M10x25 bolts (D) and M10 nuts (E). After
installing the swivel casters, make sure that they can rotate smoothly and
avoid interference from bolts. STEP 2 Installing Hitch Connectors (See
Fig.4)
Keep the cargo bed flipped over，Fix the front hitch connector (B) and the rear
hitch connector (C) on the frame of cargo bed (A) with M8x65 bolts (D) and M8
nuts (E).
NOTE: Pay attention to differentiate between front hitch connector and
rear hitch connector. STEP 3 Installing Railing Bases (See Fig.5)
Now place the cargo bed upwards. Insert the four railing bases (B) into the
frame (A), and use M14 nuts (C) to secure each of them.
NOTE: The holes on the base should be oriented towards the left and right
sides. STEP 4 Installing Front and Rear Railings (See Fig.6)
Insert the front railing (B) and rear railing (C) onto the bases (A), align
the installation holes on top of them, and secure them using M8x40 bolts (D)
and M8 nuts (E).
NOTE: The front railing should be installed near the side of the swivel
wheels. If you want to use this device like a paltform trcuk, you can skip
installing the rear railing. STEP 5 Installing The Handle (See Fig.7)
Place the handle (B) onto the front railing (A) with the direction facing
forward, and fix it using M8x40 bolts (C) and M8 nuts (D). STEP 6 Installing
the Left and Right Railing (See Fig.8)
Hang the left and right railings (C) on the hooks at the sides of the front
and rear railings (B). STEP 7 Installing the Tow Bar (See Fig.9)
Attach the tow bar (A) to the front hitch connector (C) using the D-pin (B),
and you can store it on the clip (D) when not in use.
OPERATION
This device can be used in three different ways depending on the task. Please refer to the following description for details.
1. Platform Truck (See Fig.10) 2. Cargo Truck (See Fig.11) Tugger Trailer
(See Fig.12)
Connecting with the tugger through the tow bar, it becomes the combination
form of “tugger train” . WARNING: It is recommended that no more than two
devices be connected when the trailer is fully loaded.
Note: The tugger mentioned here is not included in the product package,
it need to be purchased separately. You can purchase the tugger on
Superhandy’s Amazon store.

Tow Bar Connection (See Fig.13)
Fix the towbar (C) on the connect kit (A) with the coupling pin (B), and insert the R pin (D) to ecure the coupling pin(B).
WARNING: Risk of being trapped and crushed!- Do not reach into the open coupling.
- Check the coupling pin (A) of the tow coupling for damage.
- Ensure that the R pin (C) engages in the locating hole .
WARNING: When this trailer is used with other tow tractors, please first understand the use requirements of the tow tractor for the trailer connection and ensure that it is used in accordance with the corresponding safety requirements.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Maintain the trailer by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance. It is recommended that the general condition of any trailer be examined before it is used. Keep your trailer in good repair.
WARRANTY
Twelve (12) months for workmanship of the product, except for wearing parts. Warranty period starts from the product purchase date. Warranty covers material quality and workmanship only. Warranty does not cover product for issues caused by improper usage or any operation not in accordance with the specifications of this manual. Any modification or tampering with the product in any way voids the warranty.
