OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Important! Read the user instructions carefully before use. Save them for
future reference. (Translation of the original instructions).
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not expose the battery to naked flames or heat.
- The lamp and solar panel are weather resistant but do not immerse them in water or any other liquid.
- Do not look directly into the light source when it is switched on.
- Do not use the lamp if the chimney is damaged.
- The light sources are not replaceable. If the lamp stops working it must be discarded.
- Do not attempt to charge batteries with a battery charger that is connected to the mains, and do not attempt to run the solar lamp from the mains.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
IMPORTANT:
When replacing the battery — only use a rechargeable battery.
- Always buy the correct size and type of battery intended for this purpose.
- Remove the battery from the lamp if it is not going to be used for some time.
- Recycle used batteries in accordance with local regulations.

USE
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Remove the tab (1) and fully charge the rechargeable battery by putting the
product in direct sunlight for 24-36 hours before using it for the first time.
The solar cell lamp comes on automatically when it goes dark. It can take up
to 4 days for the product to achieve full brightness and lighting-up time. If
the light has not lit up after 24-36 hours of direct sunlight, check that all
the battery is in contact with the terminals and has the correct polarity.
POSITIONING
- The position, weather conditions, and season affect the length of time that the batteries can power the lamp.
- The battery will not be fully charged if the solar cell lamp is placed in the shade, which will result in a shorter lighting-up time.
- Do not place the lamp near sources of light, such as street lamps, this can prevent it from lighting up.
- Do not place the lamp near areas where there is salt, corrosive substances or fertilizer.
MAINTENANCE
Wipe the solar lamp with a soft, damp cloth if necessary. Do not use solvent,
petrol, or the equivalent.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
- Release the lamp head from the ground spike and turn it upside down.
- Remove the battery cover (2).
- Replace the battery (3) with a new one of the same type. Insert the new battery with the correct polarity as shown by the markings.
- Replace the battery cover.
- Replace the lamp head on the ground spike.
- Fully charge the battery in accordance with the instructions before using it for the first time.
Care for the environment!
Recycle discarded products in accordance with local regulations.
