Precautions

Storage

  1. Please take it gently and carefully to avoid any collision.
  2. Please don’t use it close to any fire source or in any location of high temperature.
  3. Don’t use or keep the cleaner in extreme climate conditions, e.g. extreme temperature.

Before Use

  1. Check the adapter cable and confirm whether it is in good condition before charging.
  2. Fully charge the cleaner before using it if it has not been used for a long time.
  3. Please make sure the inlet air HEPA is installed properly when using the vacuum cleaner for the first time or after replacing the specified inlet air HEPA.
  4. Clean the dust cup and the inlet air HEPA before each use.

In Use

  1. Don’t use the cleaner in a flammable or explosive gas environment.
  2. Don’t use your cleaner to suck detergent, kerosene, glass particles, needle, wet dust, dirty water, matchsticks, or decoration wastes and dust.
  3. Do not block the suction inlet or inhibit the rotation of the floor brush when using the vacuum cleaner so as to avoid short circuit.
  4. Don’t use the cleaner to suck water or other liquids, and do not flush it with water so as to avoid short-circuit.
  5. In the case of any fault of the brush during use, please turn off the power switch and immediately check whether the brush entangles hair or other long fibers; if so, clean the brush timely.
  6. If the cleaner can’t start working even when the battery is full, contact the after-sales staff immediately, and don’t disassemble it on your own.
  7. Do not use the vacuum cleaner when it has no inlet air HEPA.
  8. Do not allow children or the incapacitated or mentally disabled to use the vacuum cleaner.
  9. Avoid inhaling large garbage particles, which may cause air duct blockage.

Storage

  4. Please change your cleaner at least every three months if you are not using it regularly;

After use

  2. Please place the product on the hanger in time. Avoid placing the product against the wall, which may cause the product to fall off and hit children or pets.

Operation Method

  1. Press the dust cup button to open the bottom cover of the dust cup;
  2. Take the inlet air HEPA out of the dust cup and check it; Check if it is in good condition and reinstall it
  3. Rotate to open the top cover and check the outlet air HEPA; Check if it is in good condition and reinstall it;
  4. Choose the aluminum pipe/brush head/suction head depending on your needs;
  5. Press the POWER button to turn on (off) the cleaner;
  6. After dust collection, place the dust cup directly above the trash can, and press the dust cup button to pour the dust.
  7. Press the dust cup button to open the bottom cover of the dust cup; take the inlet air HEPA out of the dust-up, and check it; then, open the outlet air cover to check the outlet air HEPA; Check if they are in good condition and reinstall them.
  8. Store the vacuum cleaner in the hanger when it is not used.

    By pressing the speed switching button, the speed mode of the product can be switched, with the blue light indicating the low -speed mode, the red light indicating the medium-speed mode, and the blue light indicating the high-speed mode.

Charging mode

Two charging modes:

  1. Insert the charging plug of the charger directly into the charging hole of the battery pack;
  2. Remove the battery pack, place it on the desktop, and insert the charging plug directly into the charging hole of the battery pack;

Description of the charging indicator lights

  1. When the charging indicator light A is white and flickering, it means the battery pack is being charged; when it is steady on, it means the battery pack has been fully charged;
  2. When the charging indicator light B is red, it means the battery pack is being charged; when it becomes green and steady, it means the battery pack has been fully charged;

Charging time: It takes 4.5-5 hours to charge the battery pack to full.

Note

  • After the battery pack is fully charged, remove the power adapter from the power socket, and remove the charging connector from the battery pack.
  • To ensure a better use experience, please fully charge the battery pack first with the power adapter when using the cleaner for the first time.

Cleaning and Preservation

  • Please use a dry cloth when cleaning the vacuum cleaner, and do not use gasoline, alcohol, banana oil, or other chemical solvents; otherwise, the housing may crack or fade;
  • Turn off the cleaner first before proceeding with any cleaning or maintenance task;
  • Please clean the dust cup in time when it contains a lot of garbage to prevent the air duct from being blocked; otherwise, air duct blockage would reduce the suction power and cause motor heating;
  • The HEPA filter is suggested to be replaced every three months, or a shorter period according to the actual situation if the device is used too often.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Floor brush cleaning:

Pull the lock latch of the brush shaft according to the shown position with fingers (as shown in Figure 1); then, remove the side cover of the brush by lifting it upward (as shown in Figure 2), and clean the hair and fibrous matters on the brush shaft (as shown in Figure 3).

Dust removal of the main body components

  1. Press the dust cup quick release button, and pour the dust out of the dust cup; then, remove the upper and lower filters;
  2. Turn clockwise to remove the dust cup, and clean it with a dry towel; do not flush the dust cup with water.
  3. Unscrew the cyclone cone in the direction of the arrow, and rinse it with clean water; dry it before using it again.
  4. HEPA component cleaning: Flush the dust on the inlet and outlet air HEPA filters with clean water; Make sure the HEPA filters are completely dried before re-installation.

Dust cup assembly instructions after cleaning

  • Turn the cyclone cone counterclockwise to fasten it onto the main body of the cleaner; then, load the inlet air HEPA into the main body of the cleaner as required;
  • Turn the dust cup counterclockwise, and fasten it directly onto the main body of the cleaner according to the marking on the lock catch until the lock catch snaps into place with a sound of “click”.

Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting Note

  • If the vacuum cleaner cannot work properly, please troubleshoot the fault on your first or contact the customer service personnel in time. Precautions for the use of the power supply
  • The vacuum cleaner is in a standby state when charging and cannot be used for normal operation;
  • Waste battery packs shall be safely recycled and shall not be discarded at will;
  • Do not use other adapters to charge the vacuum cleaner;
  • Do not use the adapter supplied with the vacuum cleaner for any other devices;
  • The power cord, if damaged, must be replaced and repaired by the manufacturer or its professional maintenance personnel to avoid dangers.

After the machine is discharged, the inner battery temperature will be high; if the battery is charged at this moment, the LED indicator will indicate the charging is ongoing normally; however, due to the temperature protection program setting of the battery pack, the battery pack is not being charged at this time, and the charging process will not be initiated until the temperature drops to the charging recovery temperature. After the charging is completed, the light strip is always on, and the power indicator light on the control panel is steady on for 60 seconds and then off. The red light on the battery pack turns green and remains steady on.

If the battery temperature is still higher than the charging recovery temperature 3 hours later, the LED lights go off, the vacuum cleaner enters sleep mode, and the battery pack is not being charged.

Method of Scrapping

  1. Remove the battery before discarding the vacuum cleaner;
  2. Turn off the cleaner while removing the battery;
  3. Dispose of the battery safely;

Two-year Limited Warranty

What Is Not Covered

  • Negligent handling or operation, misuse, abuse, and/or lack of maintenance, or use not under the Diyuto user manual.
  • Use of the appliance for purposes other than household use, i.e. for commercial or rental purposes.
  • Use of parts other than those specified in the Diyuto user manual.
  • Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by Diyuto.
  • External factors are unrelated to the quality and use of the product, such as weather, alterations, accidents, power failures, power surges or natural disasters.
  • Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized parties or agents.
  • Failure to remove obstructions and other hazardous materials from the appliance.
  • Normal wear and tear, including the normal wear and tear of parts, such as garbage cans, belts, filter, HEPA filter, brush bars, power cord (or when it is spotted to be damaged due to external force or abuse), or the carpet or floor damage caused due to use not per the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Reduced battery discharge time due to battery aging or wear.

Warranty Limitations

  • Any implied warranty relating to your equipment, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall not exceed the term of this warranty.
  • The warranty applies only to the original owner and the original battery and is non-transferable.
