QuickBOLT 1757 Series Curved Tile Roof Hook
RECOMMENDED MATERIALS
- Rafter locater
- Chalk or crayon
- Drill Bit
- Manufacturer’s approved sealant
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the tiles from the installation area
- Locate and mark the rafters
- Place the mount and predrill holes
- Fill the predrilled holes with mfg. approved sealant
- Drive the Mounting Screws
- Place the tiles back over the roof mount
TORQUE REQUIREMENTS
M8 Bolt requires 18 minimum torque ft-lb
IF USING GALVA FLASHING
- Cut the paper
- Apply sealant to the underside of the Galva Flashing
- Slide the Flashing underneath the paper or nail down the edges
- Cover the edges of the Galva Flashing with sealant
