SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Warning: Read the manual carefully before use. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in tool damage or physical injury. Store the manual in a safe place for future reference.
- Do not press the nail tube by hand if there are nails in the tool.
- Do not press the nail tube with both hands at the same time.
- Do not hold the silencer sleeve with one hand when nailing.
- Do not force the main sleeve axially when loading nails.
- Do not use the tool in areas with flammable and/or explosive substances/objects .
- Do not allow children and persons not familiar with these instructions to use the tool.
- Before proceeding with disassembly, maintenance and cleaning of the tool, make sure that there is no nail left in the tool.
- Wear personal protective equipment such as protective gloves, impact-resistant safety glasses and a safety helmet.
- In case the tool fails to shoot a nail:
- Wait 5 seconds.
- Remove the tool from the working surface.
- Hold the tool’s handle with one hand and the silencing sleeve with the other.
- Pull the silencing sleeve to remove the nail from the tool.

OPERATION
- Place the tip of the tool perpendicular to the working surface.
- Push the grip to shoot a nail.
Attention: In case the tool overheats, stop using the tool and let it cool down.
Power adjustment (Fig. 2)
- Unscrew the silencing sleeve.
- Unscrew all adjusting screws to reduce power.
DISASSEMBLY
Note: Refer to section “Tool components”.
- Unscrew the grip assembly (16, 17).
- Take out the firing spring (14) and spring base (15).
- Remove the protective sleeve (13).
- Rotate the silencing sleeve (1) and nail tube (2) in order to remove them.
- Compress the main sleeve (6) and remove the limit pin (9).
- Press the brake pin {11) to separate the main sleeve (6) and the return spring (5) from the other components.
- Separate the movable sleeve (4) from the firing assembly and take out the whole firing assembly.
- Press the brake pin {11) and pull out the needle assembly, brake pin (11) and brake pin spring (12) at the same time.
- Remove the cylindrical pin (8) to separate the striking needle (7) from the striking needle bar (10).
ASSEMBLY
- Follow the disassembly steps in reverse order.
- Make sure that the tool has been assembled correctly before use.
MAINTENANCE
Periodic maintenance
- After every 100 nail shots, remove the silencer sleeve to clean residue.
- After every 200 nail shots, disassemble the tool and clean every part.
Maintenance during use
During use, if it found that the movable sleeve cannot slide:
- Stop using the tool and let it cool down.
- Disassemble the tool and check whether any parts are damaged.

If any part is damaged, do not assemble the tool. Make sure to replace the damaged parts before using the tool again.
