Product Information

The model number for this product is #2030-AG from Crystorama. The product requires four medium bulbs with a recommended wattage of 40 watts and a maximum wattage of 60 watts. The product contains electrical components that must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and appropriate local electrical codes. Product Usage Instructions

1. Screw the top threaded pipe onto the top of the light cluster.
2. Pass the top threaded pipe through the hole on the mounting plate.
3. Attach the mounting plate to the ceiling using the provided screws, wall anchors, and anchor screws.
4. Connect the electrical wires following the National Electric Code and appropriate local electrical codes.
5. Attach the canopy to the mounting plate using the provided decorative nut.
6. Screw in the four medium bulbs with a recommended wattage of 40 watts and a maximum wattage of 60 watts.
7. Attach the top half acrylic ball to the top threaded pipe, followed by the light cluster, and then the bottom half acrylic ball to the bottom threaded pipe.
8. Attach the bottom metal cap and finial to complete assembly.

Note: Do not use bulbs with a wattage higher than 60 watts. Use LED bulbs for extended use.

All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes.

How to Install

1. Screw the top threaded pipe onto the top of the light cluster.
2. Pass the top threaded pipe through the hole on the top half of the acrylic ball then place the top metal cap over it and secure with the decorative nut.
3. Screw the bottom threaded pipe onto the bottom of the light cluster.
4. Place the bottom half of the acrylic over the bottom threaded pipe and insert it onto the slot of the metal band.
5. Secure the bottom half of the acrylic ball with the bottom cap and finial.
6. Thread the 12″ rod(the only one with a threaded nut welded onto one end)onto the canopy.
7. If needed continue to add more 12” stems.
8. Finally, thread the 3” stem.
