Charging

Connect the USB charging cable in the power input of the massager and a USB power adapter (sold separately).
Connect the power adapter to a wall outlet. The indicator lights up green when the massager is fully charged, which takes about 2 hours.

Low Battery Notification

When the battery of the massager runs low during a massage, it emits a beeping sound three times.

Remote Control Setup

Insert the included CR2032 batteries into the remote control.
Open the battery cover on the back of the remote. Insert the batteries (mind the polarity) and put the cover back on.

Product Usage Instructions

Use a damp towel to wipe your neck. For best effect, the neck should be slightly damp and free from sweat.
Put the massager comfortably around your neck. Make sure it is in direct contact with your skin.
Press the power button on the massager to turn it on. The power indicator flashes and waits for a signal from the remote control.
Press the power button on the remote within one minute to start the massage with default settings.
Adjust settings using the remote control as needed.
To turn off the massager, press its power button. Hold the power button on the remote for 2 seconds to turn off the remote control.

Press the Mode button to change mode:

Mode 1: auto-combination 1/default setting
Mode 2: auto-combination 2
Mode 3: scratching
Mode 4: shiatsu
Mode 5: rolling
Mode 6: beating

Intensity levels

Press the + button on the remote control to increase the intensity and the – button to decrease the intensity. There are a total of 16 intensity levels. The intensity level shows on the display of the remote control. Note! Start the massage at a low intensity and increase gradually. The intensity should not be so high that the massage becomes uncomfortable.

Temperature

Press the temperature button on the remote control to change between no heat or low, middle or high heat. The current temperature shows on the display of the remote control.

Timer

Press the Power button on the remote control repeatedly to set the timer to 5-30 minutes (in 5-minute steps). When the massager is turned on, the timer is set to 15 minutes.

Electrode pads

The electrode pads can be used on their own or together with the massager. Connect the electrodes to the power output of the massager. Place the pads wherever you have sore muscles. Turn the massager on and set the intensity and temperature as usual.
Make sure the pads are clean before attaching them. If they are dirty, clean the surface with clean water and let them dry.

Recommended use

Try to use the massager twice a day. Aim for a 15-minute session with electrodes and 15-30 minutes with just the massager.

Cleaning and maintenance

Wipe the massager with a soft and dry cloth if it gets dirty.
Clean the massage plates regularly with a soft, wet cloth. If it is not enough with a wet cloth, you can use a drop of medical alcohol.
Do not store the massager in direct sunlight, high temperature or high humidity.

Safety Information

The massager contains a rechargeable Li-po battery that cannot be replaced.
The stainless steel contact plates contain nickel, the product should not be used by people with sensitivity or a known nickel allergy. If you experience redness, blisters or other discomfort during or after use, stop using the product immediately.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or have received instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Do not disassemble the massager or try to repair it yourself.
Never use the massager or electrode pads along with other medical electronic stimulators, such as a pacemaker, artificial heart-lung which are used to maintain life, and electrocardiograph.
Pregnant women, people with abnormally sensitive skin, heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, malignant tumour, cerebrovascular disease, acute disease or currently under doctor’s treatment, should consult a doctor before using the massager and electrode pads.
Do not use the electrode pads near your heart, head, rashes or wounds. Do not use in high temperatures or high humidity. Do not move the massager during use.
