Troubleshooting
The fan cannot connect to the app.
Note that the fan only uses the 2.4 GHz frequency band. Make sure your smart
device is connected to a 2.4 GHz wifi with a stable connection. If you have a
dual band router, your smart device may automatically connect to the 5 GHz
wifi instead, which means it cannot communicate with the fan. If this happens,
temporarily disable the 5 GHz wifi in your router during the installation and
try again.
The app needs access to your smart device’s location services. Make sure you
have allowed access to location services while using the app.
The connection to the fan was lost.
If you recently changed to a new router or renamed your network, you need to
reinstall the fan again. Remove the product connection to your app by
following the “Factory reset” instructions.
Follow the “Connect to app” instructions to add the fan to your home network.
Cleaning and maintenance
Disconnect the power cable before any cleaning or maintenance.
Surface
If the surface of the fan needs cleaning dust it off with a soft, dry cloth.
Then wipe it gently with diluted mild detergent and wipe any excess moisture
off with a dry cloth.
Air inlet and outlet
Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the air inlet and
outlet.
Make sure that no dust accumulates at the inlet and outlet as this can affect
the fan’s performance.
Remote control

use the remote for a long time, remove the battery before storage.
