Updating Firmware
Refer to the manufacturer’s website at www.allen-heath.com for detailed instructions on how to update the dLive firmware.

Troubleshooting

If the Surface fails to connect to the MixRack after updating to firmware V2.00 or downgrading, try power cycling the MixRack and restarting the Surface to correct the issue.
After updating to firmware V2.00 or higher, MixRacks with RackUltra FX cards may take a couple of minutes longer than usual to boot on the first boot.

Firmware V2.01

• Refer to www.allen-heath.com for instructions on how to update the dLive firmware and important notes about the update.
• After updating to firmware V2.00 or downgrading from V2.00 to V1.9A or lower, the Surface might fail to connect to the MixRack. Power cycling the MixRack and restarting the Surface will correct the issue.
