Wall Tap Instructions
- Plug the wall tap into a properly grounded outlet. Connecting this product to an improperly grounded outlet will void all warranties.
- The wall tap is now providing power.
- Make sure electronic devices are turned off before plugging them in.
USB Instructions
- Connect the USB charging cable for the device (not included) to one of the USB ports on the Prime wall tap.
- Connect the other end of the USB charging cable** to the portable electronic device that requires charging. Indicator light is red while charging and turns green when fully charged.

discovery of the defect the wall tap is returned with proof of purchase, and
it is deemed by Prime to be covered under the Limited Warranty, as outlined
