Product Usage Instructions
- Cut the seal to fit the door.
- With the door closed, position the seal and mark the screw holes.
- Drill pilot holes for screws using a 7/64 drill bit.
- Install the seal with the provided screws in all mounting holes, working from one end to the other.
- Adjust the position so that the gasket is slightly compressed against the door but does not impede proper closing and latching.
Important Notes
Do not drill through the gasketing material to avoid damaging it. Ensure proper installation to maintain fire door ratings.

Installation Instructions
- Cut seal to fit.
- With the door closed, position the seal, Mark screw holes.
- Drill pilot holes for screws using a 7/64″ drill bit.
- Install with screws provided in all mounting holes, working from one end to the other.
- Adjust the position so that the gasket is slightly compressed against the door but does not impede proper closing and latching.
APPLICATION WARNING:
- DO NOT DRILL THROUGH GASKETING MATERIAL.
- THE DRILL BIT WILL DAMAGE THE MATERIAL.
- POSITIVE PRESSURE TESTED GASKETING MATERIALS
- FOR FIRE DOORS
- FOR APPLICATION TO HOLLOW-METAL-TYPE FIRE DOORS
- RATED UP TO 3 HOURS AND WOOD-TYPE FIRE DOORS RATED UP TO 1 1/2 HOURS.
